Mobile Toilet Insulation System

Admin September 22, 2026

The mobile toilet insulation system achieves efficient insulation through various designs in materials, water bodies, pipelines, and walls, ensuring normal operation in low-temperature environments.

Material insulation is the foundation of the mobile toilet insulation system. The outer layer uses metal carved panels, which are both aesthetically pleasing and durable. The middle layer combines fire-resistant boards with thermal insulation materials (such as rock wool) to form multiple thermal barriers. For example, mobile toilets in Hulunbuir adopt a composite structure of 'outer metal carved panels + middle 50mm rock wool + inner fire-resistant boards'. In actual tests at -35℃, the temperature difference between the interior and exterior can exceed 25℃, proving its ability to effectively withstand extreme cold (with a minimum applicable temperature range of -40℃ to -50℃). The addition of rock wool further enhances thermal insulation performance and reduces heat loss.

Water body heating is achieved through an aeration fan. The fan generates gases at 50-60℃, which are directly used to heat aerobic water bodies. This design not only reduces the energy consumption of traditional heating methods but also avoids environmental pollution that may be caused by chemical heating. At the same time, it maintains water activity, ensuring the normal operation of the toilet flushing system.

Pipeline insulation employs an electric tracing system composed of heating cables, insulation materials, and temperature sensors. The system automatically adjusts the heating state by continuously monitoring the temperature: when the outdoor temperature drops below 20℃, the heating cables activate to prevent pipeline freezing; the temperature sensor keeps the pipeline temperature within the 5-15℃ range to avoid excessive heating and energy waste. In the Hulunbuir case, the drainage pipeline is wrapped with self-regulating heating cables, and the squat toilet trap adopts a dual protection of '8W/m heating cables + expanded perlite filling'. The power supply system is also equipped with a current overlimit alarm device, which automatically cuts off the power in case of a fault, ensuring both safety and energy efficiency.

Wall insulation is achieved through structural optimization. Some designs use 'sandwich layer' walls, where insulation materials are filled between the inner and outer layers to form a full-thickness insulation structure that provides both thermal and sound insulation. This design is particularly important in cold regions, effectively reducing indoor heat loss through the walls and maintaining a stable internal temperature.

In summary, the mobile toilet insulation system builds a complete low-temperature protection system through the coordinated design of materials, water bodies, pipelines, and walls, ensuring its functionality and safety in extreme climates.
