Mobile Toilet Installation Guide: Water and Electricity

Admin October 02, 2026

The steps involved in the installation of water and electricity for mobile toilets mainly include water and electricity inspection and drainage system connection.

Water and Electricity Inspection: This is the primary step in the water and electricity installation process for mobile toilets, and its importance cannot be overstated. Before starting the installation, a temporary power supply needs to be connected. If there is no existing power supply at the installation site, a generator must be provided to supply electricity. After connecting the power supply, the lighting system of the mobile toilet should be tested immediately to ensure that all lamps can light up normally, providing sufficient light for subsequent installation work and the usage process. Meanwhile, the flushing system is also a key object of inspection. The flushing function should be tested repeatedly to observe whether the water flow is smooth and whether the flushing force is sufficient, ensuring that the flushing system can operate normally and avoiding embarrassing situations such as poor flushing during use. If an eco-friendly toilet is being installed, special attention should be paid to checking whether the capacity of the fecal tank is sufficient. As a key component for storing feces in eco-friendly toilets, the capacity of the fecal tank directly affects the usage duration and cleaning cycle of the toilet. During inspection, carefully check the label of the fecal tank to confirm that its capacity meets the design requirements, and also check its sealing performance to prevent fecal leakage and environmental pollution.

Drainage System Connection: The connection of the drainage system should be carried out according to the actual situation of the site. First, determine the position and direction of the drainage pipe to ensure that it can smoothly discharge sewage into the designated sewer or sewage collection tank. If there is an existing sewer near the site, the drainage pipe can be directly connected to the sewer. During the connection process, pay attention to the sealing of the interface and use appropriate sealing materials to prevent sewage leakage. If there is no sewer at the site, a sewage collection tank should be used to collect the sewage. The sewage collection tank should be placed in an appropriate position and cleaned regularly to ensure its normal use. When connecting the drainage pipe, select an appropriate drainage pipe according to the interface specifications of the sewage collection tank to ensure a firm and well-sealed connection. At the same time, pay attention to the slope of the drainage pipe to ensure that sewage can flow smoothly into the sewage collection tank or sewer by gravity, avoiding the situation of sewage backflow.
