How to Install a Mobile Toilet for Home Use
Admin October 02, 2026
The installation method for a home-use mobile toilet should be selected based on its specific type. Here are the common types and their installation methods:

I. Installation of Basic Mobile Toilet (Simple Upper and Lower Bucket Structure)
- Installation of Anti-slip Pads Insert the accompanying silicone anti-slip pads into the grooves at the four corners of the toilet base, ensuring a tight fit between the pads and the bucket body. This step enhances the stability of the toilet when placed, preventing slipping.
- Bucket Assembly Align the upper bucket body with the lower bucket body, ensuring that the buckle positions are accurately matched. Press down evenly with both hands until you hear a 'click' sound, indicating that the buckles are securely fastened. After assembly, gently shake the bucket body to check for any looseness or abnormal noises.
II. Installation of Dual-purpose Toilet (蹲坐两用马桶) (Requires Connection to Water Supply and Drainage Systems)
- Flange Installation Place the toilet flange (seal ring) over the drain pipe opening, adjusting the center of the flange to align with the center of the drain pipe. Slowly lower the toilet body, ensuring that the flange fits snugly against the pipe opening to prevent sewage leakage.
- Water Inlet System Connection
- Install the Angle Valve: Fix the angle valve to the reserved water inlet on the wall, using a wrench to tighten the threaded connection.
- Connect the Three-way Joint: Install a three-way joint at the outlet end of the angle valve, connecting it to the toilet water inlet hose and the shower head water supply pipe respectively.
- Hose Assembly: Screw one end of the toilet water inlet hose into the three-way joint and the other end into the water inlet of the toilet tank, ensuring that the threads are tightened without leaks.
- Shower Head System Assembly
- Sealing Treatment: Wrap Teflon tape around the threaded connections at both ends of the shower head to enhance sealing.
- Shower Head Connection: Connect the shower head body to the water supply pipe and tighten it until it is secure.
- Bracket Fixation: Insert the shower head bracket into the slot at the top of the three-way joint and press firmly to ensure it is securely fixed.
- Water Testing and Sealing Open the water inlet valve and observe whether the toilet tank and shower head are discharging water normally. Check for leaks at all connections. After confirming there are no issues, apply a circle of glass glue around the contact area between the toilet base and the floor to further prevent odors and sewage overflow.
III. General Precautions
- Component Inspection Before installation, check the component list to ensure that all parts such as flanges, hoses, and seal rings are complete, avoiding work stoppages midway.
- Level Calibration Use a level to check whether the toilet is placed horizontally, preventing drainage issues or sealing failures due to tilting.
- Safety Protection Wear gloves during operation to avoid cuts; control the force when using tools such as wrenches to prevent damage to threaded connections.
