Mobile Toilet Installation Diagram

Admin October 06, 2026

Mobile toilets are usually factory-prefabricated products that can be installed and used on-site, generally without complex installation diagrams. However, for the installation of mobile toilets, you can refer to the following steps:

  1. Unpacking and Inspection: After receiving the package of the mobile toilet, first open it and carefully check if all the accessories are complete. This is an important preparatory step before installation to ensure that all necessary components are in place and to avoid interruptions during the installation process due to missing parts. For example, check if the toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, nozzle, nozzle holder, and sealing gaskets are all inside the package.
  2. Installing the Toilet Flange: Place the toilet flange in the appropriate position, align the center of the flange with the center of the sewer pipe, and then position the toilet correctly. The toilet flange serves to connect the toilet to the sewer pipe, ensuring that waste can be smoothly discharged into the sewer pipe. Aligning the centers is a crucial step; if they are not aligned, it may lead to issues such as an unstable toilet installation or poor drainage. When positioning the toilet, ensure that the bottom of the toilet is in stable contact with the ground without any wobbling.
  3. Installing the Angle Valve and Connecting Water Inlet Components: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way joint for the water inlet and nozzle, then screw on the water inlet hose of the toilet. The angle valve is used to control the on-off of the water flow, facilitating future maintenance and replacement of components. When connecting the three-way joint and the water inlet hose, make sure to tighten them to prevent water leakage. The length of the water inlet hose should be appropriate, not too long or too short, to avoid affecting usage and causing safety hazards.
  4. Assembling the Toilet Nozzle: Tighten the sealing gaskets at both ends and connect the assembled nozzle to the other end of the three-way joint. The sealing gaskets prevent water from leaking at the nozzle connection, ensuring the normal flow of water. When tightening the sealing gaskets, apply an appropriate amount of force to ensure a good seal without damaging the gaskets. When connecting the nozzle, ensure that the direction is correct for subsequent normal use.
  5. Installing the Nozzle Holder: Forcefully snap the nozzle holder onto the top of the three-way joint. The nozzle holder serves to fix the nozzle, keeping it stable during use. When installing, ensure that the holder is securely snapped in place and will not easily loosen.
  6. Water Testing and Sealing: After the toilet installation is complete, conduct a water test to check for any water leakage. If there are no issues with the water test, you can apply sealant at the contact area between the bottom of the toilet and the ground. The purpose of applying sealant is to enhance the toilet's sealing performance, preventing the emission of odors and sewage leakage. When applying the sealant, spread it evenly to ensure an appropriate thickness of the sealant layer.
