Admin September 21, 2026

The mobile toilet inspection form mainly includes four types: the mobile public toilet engineering inspection form, the mobile toilet inspection form, the finished toilet installation inspection batch acceptance record, and the toilet daily inspection record form (multi-form version). Here is a detailed introduction:

Mobile Public Toilet Engineering Inspection Form: This form has comprehensive and detailed inspection items, covering various aspects such as equipment operation, structural safety, and environmental hygiene. In terms of equipment operation, it checks whether the foam pump, photoelectric switch, aerator, lift pump, internal recirculation pump, axial fan, flush valve, foam tank make-up pump, clean water pump, exhaust fan, lighting, etc., are working properly. Regarding structural safety, it inspects for wire damage, joint heating phenomena, the firmness of electrical cabinets, corrosion of joints in tanks, loose joints in electrical cabinets, and potential safety hazards in tanks, doors, windows, floor tiles, etc. For environmental hygiene, it focuses on the status of the occupancy indicator light, biofilm, leakage in the main toilet pipes, water inlet and outlet conditions, and the ground condition around the tank. Each inspection item has an option for 'normal' or 'abnormal'. If abnormalities are found, the cause, parameters, and handling methods must be recorded in detail for timely maintenance and improvement.

Mobile Toilet Inspection Form: Currently, only its existence is known, and the specific content is not detailed. It only shows the project name as 'Jiangsu Construction Engineering Huaqiao Glamour City Project Department' and the time as 2014.

Finished Toilet Installation Inspection Batch Acceptance Record: This is mainly used in the acceptance process of mobile toilet installations in parks. It includes submission and inspection forms that require signatures and stamps from the construction project management department and the project supervision organization to ensure that the installation work complies with relevant standards and requirements. Its attachments include hidden project quality inspection data and inspection batch quality inspection data, which provide detailed bases for acceptance and help ensure the quality of mobile toilet installations.

Toilet Daily Inspection Record Form (Multi-Form Version): Records inspection results at specific time points (e.g., 7:00, 9:00, etc.). A checkmark (√) indicates normal conditions, while a cross (×) indicates abnormalities. Inspection items include the floor, walls, sink, makeup mirror, toilet bowl, urinal, toilet paper replenishment, etc., with a focus on the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet. This form requires the signature of the cleaning staff to clarify responsibilities and ensure that daily cleaning and maintenance work is carried out properly.
