Mobile Toilet Indoor Installation
Admin September 21, 2026
The indoor installation of mobile toilets requires following certain procedures, and the installation steps vary for different types of mobile toilets. Here is a detailed introduction:

General Installation Procedures
- Check the accessories: After receiving the package of the mobile toilet, first open it and carefully check whether all the accessories are present. This is a fundamental step in the installation. If any accessories are missing, the subsequent installation will not proceed smoothly, and time may be wasted searching for them. For example, key small components such as screws and sealing gaskets may be missing. Although these components are small, they play an important role in the normal installation and use of the toilet.
- Clean the floor: For some mobile toilets, after the tiles are laid, the sand on the floor should be wiped clean first. Debris such as sand on the floor can affect the stability of the toilet installation, potentially leading to issues such as wobbling and water leakage after installation. Cleaning the floor ensures good contact between the toilet and the floor, providing a stable foundation for subsequent installation and use.
Installation Procedures for a Dual-purpose Toilet (Squat and Sit)
- Install the toilet flange: Align the center of the flange with the center of the sewer pipe and then place the toilet correctly. The toilet flange is an important component that connects the toilet to the sewer pipe, and the accuracy of its installation directly affects the drainage performance of the toilet. If the flange is not installed correctly, problems such as poor drainage and odor emission may occur. Aligning and placing the toilet correctly ensures smooth drainage and avoids blockages.
- Install the angle valve and connecting components: Install the angle valve and the tee that connects the water inlet and the spray head. The angle valve is used to control the water flow, and the tee serves to connect different pipes. Proper installation of these components ensures normal water inlet to the toilet and provides a guarantee for subsequent use.
- Screw on the water inlet hose: Screw on the water inlet hose of the toilet and ensure a tight connection to prevent water leakage. The water inlet hose is the channel for water to enter the toilet. If the connection is not tight, water leakage will occur, which not only wastes water resources but may also affect the indoor environment.
- Assemble the toilet spray head: Tighten the sealing gaskets at both ends and connect the assembled spray head to the other end of the tee. The sealing gaskets ensure the tightness of the connection between the spray head and the tee to prevent water leakage. During assembly, ensure that the sealing gaskets are installed in place to ensure a firm connection.
- Install the spray head bracket: Forcefully clamp the spray head bracket onto the top of the tee to ensure that the bracket is installed firmly and can stably support the spray head.
- Test the water and apply sealant: After testing the toilet for water leakage and finding no problems, apply sealant. The water test is to check whether there are any water leakage issues in the toilet installation. Applying sealant after confirmation ensures better sealing between the toilet and the floor, preventing odor emission and sewage leakage.
