Mobile Toilet in Greenhouse Field
Admin September 23, 2026
Mobile toilets can be used in greenhouse fields to meet temporary or permanent toilet needs.

Definition and Applicability of Mobile Toilets
A mobile toilet is a movable facility specifically designed for locations with fixed or temporary needs, providing toilet services to the public and customers. Greenhouse fields, as scenarios with potential temporary needs, are highly suitable for mobile toilets. For example, in some agricultural greenhouse areas, staff or visitors may have toilet needs during work or tours, and mobile toilets can effectively solve this problem.
Composition and Structure of Mobile Toilets
- Basic Components: Generally composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device. These components work together to provide a complete toilet environment for users. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and treat excreta, the sanitary ware ensures hygiene during use, and the walls and roof provide privacy and protection from the elements.
- Structural Form Classification: Mobile toilets can be classified into single-structure and composite-structure types based on their structural forms. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively simple and independent, suitable for scenarios with limited space or single needs. Composite-structure mobile toilets are more complex, potentially offering more functions and larger capacities, suitable for places with high personnel turnover and diverse needs.
Moving Methods of Mobile Toilets
- Lifting and Handling Type: This type of mobile toilet can be lifted and handled by equipment such as cranes, offering high flexibility and enabling quick relocation from one place to another. It is suitable for greenhouse fields where the position may need to be adjusted according to planting layouts or event arrangements.
- Power and Trailer Type: Power-type mobile toilets have their own power systems and can move autonomously; trailer-type mobile toilets need to be towed by other vehicles. They are suitable for occasions with long distances or frequent relocations and can demonstrate advantages in large-scale and widely distributed greenhouse fields.
Sewage Treatment Methods of Mobile Toilets
- Water-flush and Waterless Suction Types: Water-flush types provide a relatively comfortable toilet experience but require a certain amount of water resources; waterless suction types do not require water and treat excreta through suction, suitable for greenhouse field areas with scarce water resources.
- Recirculating Water-flush Type: This type can recycle and reuse the used water, ensuring the water-flush effect while saving water resources.
- Dry Packing Type: This type packs excreta in a dry manner, facilitating subsequent cleaning and transportation and having a relatively small impact on the environment.
