Mobile Toilet Home Toilet Installation

Admin October 02, 2026

The installation process for a mobile toilet for home use is as follows:

  1. Unpacking and Inspection Upon receiving the package, unpack it immediately and check the list of accessories to ensure that the main toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, nozzle assembly, sealing gaskets, nozzle bracket, and other components are complete and undamaged. If any accessories are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement to avoid interruption during subsequent installation.

  2. Flange Installation and Positioning Align the center of the toilet flange with the center of the floor drain pipe, ensuring that the edge of the flange fits tightly against the drain opening. If the position of the drain opening does not match the installation position of the toilet, use a toilet offset connector in advance for adjustment. The common offset distance for the connector is 5 to 10 centimeters, and in special cases, it can reach 15 centimeters. However, exceeding 15 centimeters may affect drainage efficiency and increase the risk of blockage. The offset connector should be installed before laying floor tiles, and ensure that the drainage slope meets the standard (usually 2%-3%) to ensure smooth discharge of sewage.

  3. Water Inlet System Connection Install the angle valve onto the wall water source interface, connect the three-way fitting between the water inlet and the nozzle, and then tighten the toilet water inlet hose onto one end of the three-way fitting. Note that the hose joint should be wrapped with Teflon tape to prevent leakage. The water inlet pressure is recommended to be maintained within the range of 0.1-0.5MPa to avoid damage to components due to excessive pressure or insufficient flushing effect due to insufficient pressure.

  4. Nozzle Assembly and Fixation Tighten the sealing gaskets at both ends of the nozzle assembly to ensure there is no risk of leakage, and then connect the nozzle to the other end of the three-way fitting. The nozzle bracket should be firmly inserted into the top of the three-way fitting to ensure stability and prevent loosening during use. If the height of the nozzle needs to be adjusted, it can be fine-tuned using the bracket clip, but the distance between the nozzle and the inner wall of the toilet should be kept appropriate to avoid affecting comfort of use.

  5. Water Testing and Finalization After completing the installation, conduct a water test: Open the angle valve and observe whether the toilet and all connections are leaking, and at the same time, check whether the nozzle water output is uniform and whether the flushing force meets the standard. After confirming there are no issues, apply sealant at the contact point between the bottom of the toilet and the floor to prevent odor leakage. The sealant should be evenly applied to cover the gaps, and the toilet should not be used until the sealant has fully cured (usually takes 24 hours).

Precautions: Turn off the main water valve before installation to avoid water leakage during construction; if the floor is uneven, adjust the levelness of the toilet in advance; regularly check the aging condition of the sealing gaskets after long-term use and replace them promptly to prevent leakage.
