Mobile Toilet High-Pressure Flushing

Admin September 23, 2026

The high-pressure flushing technology in mobile toilets is mainly achieved through a high-pressure air-water flushing system. Its core is to use the mixed impact force of high-pressure gas and water to complete efficient cleaning, with advantages such as water conservation, anti-clogging, and hygiene.

Working Principle

The high-pressure air-water flushing system compresses air to 0.5 - 0.8 MPa through an air pump while simultaneously pressurizing water with a water pump. The two form an air-water mixture in a mixing chamber, which is then sprayed at high speed onto the surface of the toilet bowl and the pipeline through a special nozzle. This design combines the impact force generated by gas expansion with water flow to create a stronger cleaning effect than traditional water flushing. For example, mobile toilets with high-pressure air-water flushing have greater flushing pressure and a wider range, requiring only one-fifth of the water volume of ordinary water-flushing toilets to thoroughly clean the toilet.

Technical Features

  1. Efficient Flushing
The impact force of the air-water mixture can quickly remove stubborn stains. Compared to traditional water-flushing toilets, the flushing time is shortened, and the cleaning is more thorough. The wall-attached jet technology further ensures that there are no dead spots in the flushing, preventing dirt residue.

  2. Super Water-Saving Performance
The water volume per flush can be controlled between 3 - 5 liters (traditional toilets use 6 - 12 liters), and some models can even be as low as 0.65 liters per flush. This water-saving effect is particularly important in public places or areas with scarce water resources.

  3. Anti-Clogging and Easy Maintenance
The powerful flushing capability can prevent the accumulation of dirt in the pipeline, reducing the risk of clogging. At the same time, the system does not require the addition of chemical agents, resulting in extremely low maintenance costs. Moreover, there is no limit on the number of users, making it suitable for high-traffic scenarios.

  4. Hygiene and Environmental Protection
High-pressure flushing can reduce the breeding of germs and odors, lower sewage discharge, and have a smaller impact on environmental pollution. Some products are equipped with a forced downward exhaust system that can completely remove fecal sources and indoor odors, and even integrate detoxification devices to meet the hygiene requirements of special places.

  5. Intelligent and Emergency Design
The flushing control mostly uses infrared sensors in combination with a computer intelligent system to achieve automatic flushing without human operation. There is an emergency button in the toilet cubicle that allows manual flushing in case of system failure, ensuring continuous use.

Application Scenarios

This technology is widely applicable in public places such as shopping malls, schools, and hospitals, as well as in food processing factories, laboratories, and other scenarios with strict hygiene requirements. In areas with insufficient water pressure, its independent pressurization system can still ensure stable flushing effects, demonstrating its strong technical adaptability.
