Height and Weight of Mobile Toilets

Admin September 21, 2026

The height of mobile toilets is usually within 4 meters, and the weight is generally around 105 kilograms, with specific values varying depending on the material and design.

Height

The height design of mobile toilets is primarily based on considerations of transportation safety and road passage. On urban roads and in common transportation scenarios, a height within 4 meters can better accommodate the loading requirements of various transportation vehicles while avoiding collisions with infrastructure such as bridges and power lines during transportation, ensuring the safety and smoothness of the transportation process. Additionally, a lower height facilitates the installation and disassembly operations of mobile toilets, reducing construction difficulty and risk. In some special scenarios, such as mountainous areas or areas with complex terrain, the height of mobile toilets may be adjusted appropriately according to actual needs, but it will generally still be controlled within a reasonable range to ensure their mobility and applicability.

Weight

The weight of mobile toilets is significantly influenced by the main material and structural design. Some mobile toilets use 16mm-thick composite panels for their main body. This material offers good strength and durability while effectively controlling the overall weight, keeping it around 105kg. The use of composite panels not only reduces the self-weight of mobile toilets, facilitating transportation and movement, but also lowers the load-bearing requirements for the installation ground, expanding their range of applicability. Other mobile toilets use 18mm-thick high-strength panels for their main body. Although the panel thickness increases, through optimized structural design and the selection of lightweight materials, the weight is still controlled within 105 kilograms. The use of high-strength panels improves the stability and wind resistance of mobile toilets, enabling them to function normally in harsh weather conditions while maintaining a relatively light weight for easy handling and installation.
