Mobile Toilet Heating Device
The heating devices for mobile toilets mainly include radiators, electric tracing systems, triple insulation structures, and heat recycling devices.

Radiators are one of the more common heating devices. Some mobile toilets are equipped with radiators, which play a crucial role in low-temperature environments. In extreme cold conditions, such as temperatures below minus ten or even minus twenty degrees Celsius, radiators can prevent the water pipes inside the mobile toilet from freezing, ensuring that the basic functions of the toilet are not affected and providing a relatively warm and comfortable environment for users.
Electric tracing systems combine electric tracing technology with mobile design, offering an efficient and intelligent heating method. This system is closely attached to key components such as water pipes and water tanks, continuously releasing appropriate heat through intelligent temperature control. In practical applications, the drainage pipes are wrapped with self-regulating heating cables, and temperature sensors are installed for intelligent temperature control, keeping the temperature within the range of 5 - 15℃ to effectively prevent water from freezing. The trap of the squat toilet adopts a dual protection measure of 8W/M heating cables and expanded perlite filling to further enhance the heating effect. Additionally, the power supply system is equipped with a current over-limit alarm device that automatically cuts off the power in case of a fault, ensuring safety during use.
Triple insulation structures adopt a composite design consisting of an outer layer of metal embossed panels, a middle layer of 50mm rock wool insulation, and an inner layer of fireproof panels. This structure has excellent insulation performance. In actual tests, in extreme environments of -35℃, the temperature difference between the interior and exterior can reach over 25℃. In some special locations, such as the mobile toilets at Hailar Airport, additional air conditioning or municipal heating connections are provided to ensure a constant indoor temperature, offering a more stable and comfortable environment for users.
Heat recycling devices are an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient heating method. The oxygen-increasing fans of the treatment equipment generate hot air at 50 - 60℃, which can directly heat the aerobic water. At the same time, the exhaust system is equipped with an anti-backflow device that effectively reduces heat loss, improves energy utilization efficiency, and achieves heat recycling.
