Mobile Toilet Handover Form

Admin September 21, 2026

The mobile toilet handover form is an important document that clarifies the responsibilities of the transferring party and the receiving party and records detailed information about the items being handed over. It typically consists of three parts: basic information, handover items, and other instructions.

I. Basic Information The handover form must clearly indicate the full names and departments of the transferring party and the receiving party. For example, in the "Mobile Toilet Handover Form for XX Community", the transferring department is the Engineering Department, and the receiving department is the Property Management Department. This section must ensure that the names of both parties are accurate and that they are stamped with official seals or signed for confirmation to guarantee the legal validity of the document. If a third-party supervisory unit (such as a supervision party) is involved, it should also be noted in the basic information to ensure transparency and traceability of the handover process.

II. Handover Items This section is the core content of the handover form and must list in detail the names, specifications, quantities, and status descriptions of the items being handed over:

  1. Main Equipment: The model, dimensions (e.g., 2200*5200), structural type (single-seat/multi-seat), and functional status (e.g., four squat toilets are functioning normally) of the mobile toilet must be specified. If the equipment includes special configurations (such as barrier-free facilities or intelligent ventilation systems), they should be noted separately.
  2. Accessory Items: These include keys, maintenance tools, etc. For example, the number of toilet door keys (e.g., three) and their universality (e.g., "Keys are universal and function normally") should be recorded; maintenance keys should be distinguished by purpose (e.g., "2*4 keys" may refer to two types, four each) and their functionality verified.
  3. Technical Documents: If the handover includes equipment manuals, warranty cards, maintenance records, etc., the names and quantities of these documents should be noted in the remarks, e.g., "Attached: 1 copy of the Mobile Toilet Maintenance Manual".

III. Other Instructions

  1. Document Format and Specifications: Some templates provide format requirements (e.g., Word document), file size (e.g., 1 MB), and number of pages (e.g., 1 page) for ease of archiving and transmission. For example, the template provided by Panda Office is in docx format, meeting general office needs.
  2. Handover Conditions and Deadlines: If the handover requires specific conditions to be met (e.g., equipment commissioning completed, acceptance passed) or if subsequent maintenance responsibilities are agreed upon (e.g., maintenance during the warranty period is the responsibility of the transferring party), these should be clearly stated in this section.
  3. Dispute Resolution Clauses: Clauses such as "If hidden faults are discovered in the equipment after handover, the responsibility shall be borne by XX party" can be added to prevent potential disputes.

Notes: The handover form must be signed and confirmed by representatives of both parties, and at least two original copies should be retained (one each for the transferring party and the receiving party). If asset changes are involved, the fixed asset ledger should also be updated simultaneously to ensure consistency between records and actual assets.
