Mobile Toilet Frame Image Size

Admin October 10, 2026

The common sizes of mobile toilet frames mainly involve the specifications of the main frame and auxiliary frame. Currently, there is no direct information on the image size of mobile toilet frames, but the size data of the frames themselves can provide a reference.

The frame of a mobile toilet is usually composed of welded galvanized steel pipes of different specifications, forming a stable structure to support the entire toilet. In terms of the main frame, common size specifications include 80803.5mm and 80603.5mm galvanized steel pipes. An 80803.5mm square pipe means that its side length is 80 millimeters and the wall thickness is 3.5 millimeters. This type of square pipe has high strength and stability, can withstand large loads, and is often used in the main load-bearing parts of mobile toilets, such as the bottom frame and pillars, to ensure that the toilet will not deform or be damaged during use. The 80603.5mm galvanized steel pipe is a rectangular pipe with a length of 80 millimeters, a width of 60 millimeters, and the same wall thickness of 3.5 millimeters. This specification of steel pipe can be flexibly arranged according to the design requirements of the toilet while ensuring a certain strength, and can be used in combination with other components to build a reasonable frame structure.

Regarding the auxiliary frame, common sizes include 60403mm and 30303mm galvanized steel pipes. A 60403mm rectangular pipe is 60 millimeters long, 40 millimeters wide, and 3 millimeters thick. It is mainly used to assist in supporting and connecting the main frame, enhancing the stability of the entire frame, for example, at the sides or internal partitions of the toilet. A 30303mm square pipe has a side length of 30 millimeters and a wall thickness of 3 millimeters. This smaller-sized square pipe is usually used in non-load-bearing parts or detailed connection points, such as reinforcing door and window frames and supporting internal decorative structures, to improve the frame structure and increase overall strength.

The bottom of a mobile toilet is generally welded with channel steel or I-beams, and the pillars use square steel. The selection and size matching of these steel materials are designed according to the usage requirements and load-bearing capacity of the mobile toilet to ensure that the mobile toilet can be used safely and stably in different environments.
