Mobile Toilet Foundation Construction Plan
Admin October 11, 2026
The mobile toilet foundation construction plan should cover the construction scope, preparations, techniques, special scenario handling, and safety and environmental protection measures, as detailed below:

I. Construction Scope and Content
The construction scope includes foundation treatment, foundation bedding, and foundation structure, covering site leveling, material preparation, equipment installation, and quality inspection. The location and dimensions of the public toilet should be determined according to the design drawings to ensure that all aspects meet regulatory requirements.
II. Construction Preparations
- Organizational Design: Establish a project team, clarify personnel responsibilities, and develop a progress schedule.
- Material Preparation: Purchase cement, sand, gravel, steel bars, etc., according to design requirements to ensure material quality compliance.
- Equipment Configuration: Equip with excavators, bulldozers, mixers, vibrators, level gauges, etc., and inspect equipment performance.
- Personnel Training: Organize the construction team for technical disclosure and safety education, focusing on training key processes such as concrete pouring and steel bar binding.
III. Construction Techniques and Steps
- Site Leveling: Use an excavator to remove debris and level the site according to the design elevation, with an error controlled within ±5cm, and recheck with a level gauge.
- Foundation Treatment: Select a plan based on the geological report. For soft soil foundations, replace with gravel and compact, with a compaction degree ≥90%; for rocky foundations, roughen the surface.
- Foundation Bedding: Lay a 10cm thick C15 concrete bedding, compact with a vibrator, and ensure surface flatness error ≤3mm.
- Foundation Structure:
- Steel Bar Binding: Arrange steel bars according to the design spacing, with a protective layer thickness ≥30mm.
- Formwork Pouring: Install and fix the formwork, pour C30 concrete, and vibrate in layers to avoid honeycombing and pitting.
- Curing and Formwork Removal: Cure the concrete for ≥7 days and remove the formwork after the strength reaches 75%.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct spot checks on indicators such as bedding thickness, steel bar spacing, and concrete strength, and perform load tests if necessary.
IV. Special Scenario Construction Plans
- Long-term Fixed or Heavy-duty Toilets: Excavate a 50cm deep foundation pit, lay a 10cm gravel bedding at the bottom and compact it, install formwork and pour C30 concrete with a steel bar framework inserted, and connect the toilet chassis after solidification for 3-5 days.
- Construction Site Environment:
- Select a site away from underground pipelines, 30-50 meters from dormitories, and away from the prevailing summer wind direction.
- Ensure foundation compaction degree ≥90%, pour a 10-15cm thick C20 concrete bedding, and reserve a 2%-3% drainage slope.
- Use a steel structure framework and HDPE wall panels for the main body, and adjust the levelness after positioning with a crane.
V. Construction Safety and Environmental Protection Measures
- Safety Measures:
- Set up warning signs at the construction site and wear safety belts for high-altitude operations.
- Regularly inspect equipment lines to avoid electric leakage or mechanical injuries.
- Environmental Protection Requirements:
- Classify and dispose of waste, and recycle concrete residues.
- Control dust by watering the construction area for dust reduction and stop high-noise operations during noise-sensitive periods.
