Mobile Toilet Contract Text

Admin October 11, 2026

The mobile toilet contract text typically includes the following core content:

I. Contract Subject Information Clearly specify the names of Party A and Party B, their legal representatives (or contacts), contact information, and addresses. For example, in a long-term private rental contract, the full company names of both parties and the signatures of their legal representatives should be included; in a government procurement contract, the detailed information of the purchaser (such as the Haikou Xiuying District Environmental Sanitation Bureau) and the successful bidder (such as Hainan Huanxu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.) should be indicated.

II. Rental Subject and Purpose Provide a detailed description of the specifications, models, quantities, and purposes of the mobile toilets. For instance, in a private contract, it may state that 'the specific specifications, models, and quantities shall be subject to the list confirmed by both parties' and limit the purpose to 'meeting the temporary toilet needs of employees and customers'; for a short-term rental contract, the number of units to be rented, their models, and installation addresses should be clearly specified.

III. Rental Term and Fees

  1. Term: A long-term contract may stipulate 'from the date of signing until the termination date agreed upon by both parties', while a short-term contract should specify the start and end dates (e.g., 'from X month X day, 2024, to X month X day').
  2. Fees: Specify the rental standards, payment methods, and payment cycles. For example, in a private contract, the rent may be negotiated based on the equipment specifications and paid via bank transfer; in a short-term contract, the rent may be charged per unit (e.g., 450 yuan/month/unit), and in a government procurement contract, the pricing may vary based on the number of rental days (e.g., 620 yuan/unit/day for less than 15 days and 580 yuan/unit/day for 16 days or more).

IV. Service Content and Responsibility Allocation

  1. Party A's Responsibilities: Provide equipment that meets safety standards and ensure its normal operation. For example, in a private contract, Party A shall bear the maintenance costs (except in cases of damage caused by Party B), and in a government procurement contract, Party A shall designate the service location and cooperate with the installation.
  2. Party B's Responsibilities: Include equipment transportation, installation, cleaning, and deodorization. For example, in a short-term contract, Party B is required to clean the equipment twice a week and perform environmental deodorization; in a government procurement contract, Party B shall provide services in accordance with the results of the competitive negotiation.

V. Breach of Contract and Dispute Resolution

  1. Breach of Contract Liability: Clearly define the circumstances of breach and the methods of compensation. For example, failure to pay the rent on time or unauthorized alteration of the equipment shall result in liability for losses; in a government procurement contract, if losses are incurred due to equipment quality issues, Party A may claim compensation.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Prioritize negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be brought to a court with jurisdiction. All contracts emphasize that other clauses shall continue to be performed during the dispute resolution period.

VI. Other Clauses Include the conditions for the contract to take effect (effective from the date of signing and sealing), the number of copies (in duplicate), the validity of supplementary agreements for matters not covered, and the applicable law (the law of the People's Republic of China). Government procurement contracts shall also indicate the contract number, project number, and procurement method (such as competitive negotiation).
