Mobile Toilet for Large Events

Admin October 11, 2026

The use of mobile toilets in large events is characterized by efficiency, environmental friendliness, and convenience, with their operational logic and design advantages fully meeting event requirements.

Excreta Collection and Treatment

Mobile toilets employ a 'waterless collection' technology, relying on gravity or vacuum suction to direct excreta into a sealed waste storage tank. The interior of the storage tank features a double-layer anti-corrosion coating and is equipped with anti-leakage valves to ensure no odors or liquid spills occur. After the event, the rental company uses a vacuum truck to extract the waste from the storage tank, which is then transported to a centralized treatment station. After solid-liquid separation, the liquid portion enters the sewage treatment system, while the solid portion is converted into organic fertilizer through high-temperature anaerobic fermentation. The entire process generates no secondary pollution and uses less than 1% of the water required by traditional flush toilets.

Odor Control Mechanism

Mobile toilets utilize a dual mechanism of 'chemical sealing + physical filtration' to control odors. Biological enzyme degradants are pre-injected into the waste storage tank to decompose urea in urine and proteins in feces, reducing ammonia production. An activated carbon filtration device is installed at the top of the toilet, using a negative pressure fan to extract internal air and adsorb odor molecules. Some units are also equipped with ultraviolet lamps for timed disinfection of microorganisms inside the tank, further reducing odor generation.

Rapid Deployment and Removal

The design of mobile toilets adheres to the principle of 'standard modules'. Each unit is integrally molded from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), making it lightweight and impact-resistant. Each unit has forklift slots at the bottom, allowing for 'unloading and immediate use' rapid deployment with specialized transport vehicles. The connecting components feature a snap-fit design, enabling the side-by-side combination of multiple units without tools. Two hundred toilets can be set up on-site within four hours, and they can also be quickly removed after the event, greatly improving usage efficiency.

Spatial Layout and Design

Mobile toilets feature a spacious and well-planned layout, such as an extra-large space of eight by three meters, which can meet the needs of different scenarios, including peak visitor flow at exhibitions, eco-friendly public toilets, long-term use at camping sites, or quality requirements in scenic areas, with scientifically planned male and female toilet compartments. There are also independent single-unit mobile toilets with a galvanized steel frame structure, which are very sturdy and durable. The high-density exterior wall panels are sun- and rain-resistant, and the interior is finely decorated. They can be equipped with facilities such as toilets according to customer needs, enhancing usage comfort.
