Mobile Toilet for Construction Sites

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilets for construction sites come in various forms with multiple features, meeting the diverse needs of different construction sites.

In terms of production methods, there is a case where a young man created a portable restroom using a water storage tank and a pallet. He first fixed universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet's bottom, placed a water storage tank recycled from a garbage station, and completed the production through a series of operations including cutting openings, stacking and fixing, cutting doorways, creating drainage holes, installing toilets, securing washbasins, and connecting water pipes. This production method has a relatively low cost and utilizes waste materials for transformation, reflecting the concept of resource reuse. It is suitable for construction sites that are sensitive to costs and have some hands-on capabilities.

Regarding finished product styles, the 4 + 1 step-type mobile restroom is relatively common. It features 4 squatting positions and 1 open restroom, providing comprehensive functions. The exterior wall is made of heat-insulating and flame-retardant metal carved panels, which not only have good heat-insulating properties but also effectively prevent fires, ensuring safety during use. The side door is made of titanium-magnesium alloy, which is sturdy and durable. The restroom is equipped with a complete set of bathroom cabinets for convenient worker grooming. The interior wall is made of bamboo-wood fiber panels, which are environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Exhaust fans, paper towel dispensers, and hooks are fully equipped, enhancing convenience of use. The bottom is made of anti-slip tiles to prevent workers from slipping and getting injured. It can also be customized according to the specific needs and site conditions of the construction site for personalized design.

Classified by structure, mobility, and sewage treatment methods, mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobility devices. According to structural forms, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. According to mobility methods, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets. According to sewage treatment methods, they can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Mobile toilets for factories, construction sites, and units also have the characteristics of being cost-effective and having a long service life. For example, a model with a floor size of 1.6 meters wide, a double-tonnage design, and a widened roof eave is both practical and durable.
