Mobile Toilet for Civilization Creation

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilets play a crucial role in the civilization creation campaign by providing convenient facilities, enhancing humanized services, and increasing the flexibility and responsiveness of public services.

Providing Convenient Facilities and Improving Toilet Environment: In Zhanhe District, three new mobile public toilets have been built this year, and 21 existing public toilets have been upgraded, with some adding sanitation stations. The newly added mobile public toilets are aesthetically pleasing and well-equipped, featuring sinks, exhaust fans, hooks, lighting, and more. They provide free toilet paper, have barrier-free access, and are clean and intelligent, offering great convenience for citizens on the go. In Shenmu City, 11 mobile toilets, including prefabricated and regular mobile types, have been placed in the Binhe New Area, achieving a dual improvement in both the quantity and quality of public toilets. These toilets emphasize humanized design, equipped with baby care rooms, third toilets, and full 100-megabit Wi-Fi coverage, among other convenient service facilities, reflecting warmth and care in every detail.

Enhancing Humanized Services to Meet Diverse Needs: The mobile toilets in Shenmu City are open 24 hours a day, with continuous daily cleaning from 6:15 AM to 9:15 PM, a total of 16 hours. They implement a one-use-one-clean policy to ensure no footprints on the floor and no unpleasant odors in the toilets. Furthermore, there are plans to add relevant facilities and equipment such as love stations, activity rooms, and reading rooms on top of the basic toilet functions, striving to create humanized star-rated public toilets that meet the diverse needs of citizens and support the civilization creation campaign.

Increasing the Flexibility and Responsiveness of Public Services: The mobile toilets in Yingkou City are characterized by convenience, hygiene, and flexibility. They can be flexibly deployed to the most needed locations based on the dynamic changes in urban activities and real-time pedestrian flow distribution, effectively alleviating the problem of long queues for toilets and significantly enhancing the responsiveness and coverage flexibility of public services. At the same time, modern mobile toilets integrate various sanitation and environmental protection technologies, such as cleaning and maintenance systems, waste treatment technologies, energy conservation, and resource recycling, ensuring hygiene and environmental protection, improving the quality of urban public services, and adding a touch of civilization.
