Mobile Toilet Flush Tank Installation
The installation of a flush tank for a mobile toilet can be carried out following these steps:

Step 1: Remove the Old Flush Tank
First, close the angle valve to cut off the water supply. Then, press the flush button to empty the remaining water in the tank. Use tools (such as a wrench) to remove the fixing screws that attach the old flush tank to the wall. After taking down the flush tank, disassemble the connecting components (such as rubber gaskets) between it and the drain pipe, and clean any dirt or residue at the drain opening to ensure proper sealing during subsequent installation.
Step 2: Mark and Drill Holes
According to the installation instructions of the new flush tank, determine its fixed position on the wall and mark the screw hole positions with a marker pen. If the wall is made of tiles, use a glass drill bit (with a diameter matching the expansion sleeve) to drill holes slowly to avoid tile breakage. For ordinary walls, you can drill holes directly with an electric drill. After drilling the holes, gently tap the expansion sleeves into the holes to ensure they are flush with the wall, providing support for subsequent screw fixation.
Step 3: Fix the Flush Tank
Align the installation bracket of the flush tank with the hole positions on the wall. Use a screwdriver to screw the screws into the expansion sleeves and gradually tighten them until the flush tank is stable and does not wobble. Note: Do not overtighten the screws to avoid damaging the expansion sleeves or causing wall cracks. Some flush tanks support nail-free sticker installation. Follow the instructions to paste the special adhesive stickers, but this method is suitable for lightweight tanks with limited load-bearing capacity. It is recommended to prioritize using expansion screws for fixation.
Step 4: Connect the Water Inlet Pipe and Drain Pipe
Connect one end of the water inlet pipe to the angle valve and the other end to the water inlet of the flush tank. Tighten the nuts at the connection points with a wrench to prevent water leakage. Align the drain pipe with the water outlet of the flush tank and the toilet drain opening. Install rubber gaskets and then fix them to ensure smooth drainage without leakage. Key Point: The water inlet pipe should be kept naturally curved to avoid excessive stretching or twisting.
Step 5: Test and Adjust
Open the angle valve and observe whether the water inlet of the flush tank is normal. Check for any water leakage at the connection points. Press the flush button to test the drainage effect and the water replenishment function of the tank. Adjust the height of the float ball or water inlet valve (if necessary) to ensure the water level is within a reasonable range. Finally, install the flush button (such as a push-button or foot-pedal type) to complete the overall installation.
Precautions:
- Before installation, confirm that the model of the flush tank is compatible with the mobile toilet to avoid size mismatches.
- Wear gloves during operation to prevent scratches or contact with dirt.
- If you are not familiar with drilling holes or water and electricity connections, it is advisable to contact a professional for operation.
