Fixation and Installation of Mobile Toilets
The fixation and installation of mobile toilets should follow the steps below to ensure structural stability and normal use:

Unpack and Check Component Completeness
Upon receiving the mobile toilet, open the packaging immediately and verify that all components are present. Typically, this includes the toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, three-way connector, spray head assembly (including sealing rings), spray head bracket, and fixing screws. If any components are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacements to avoid interruptions during installation.Install the Toilet Flange and Position It
The flange is a crucial component connecting the toilet to the sewer pipe. Align the center of the flange with the center of the reserved sewer pipe, ensuring full alignment before gently lowering the toilet body to ensure a tight fit between the flange and the toilet's drainage outlet. Pay attention to the integrity of the flange's rubber sealing ring during this step to prevent leaks due to poor sealing.Connect the Water Inlet System
Install the angle valve and connect the water inlet: Secure the angle valve to the reserved water source interface, then use the three-way connector to separate the water inlet from the toilet spray head's water supply line. Tighten the threads at each connection point to ensure no looseness. Wrap the threaded interfaces with Teflon tape to enhance sealing and prevent water leakage.Assemble and Fix the Spray Head Assembly
Tighten the sealing rings at both ends of the spray head to ensure no risk of leakage. After assembly, connect the spray head to the other end of the three-way connector and firmly snap the spray head bracket into the fixing groove at the top of the three-way connector. Ensure the bracket is securely installed to prevent the spray head from wobbling or detaching during use.Test Water Flow and Seal with Glue
After completing all connections, turn on the water source for a water flow test. Focus on checking whether the toilet flush and spray head water flow are smooth and whether there are any leaks at the connection points. If the test is normal, apply waterproof silicone sealant along the edge where the toilet base contacts the floor to further secure the toilet and prevent odor escape. Apply the sealant evenly to cover the gaps and wait for it to fully cure before use.
Precautions: Ensure the ground is level before installation; if used outdoors, plan the drainage path in advance; avoid over-tightening threads during installation to prevent component damage; regularly inspect the angle valve and hose to extend their service life.
