Mobile Toilet Feces Suction

Admin September 21, 2026

The method of feces suction in mobile toilets depends on the toilet type, mainly including regular suction and reduced suction frequency modes.

Traditional water-flush mobile toilets: These toilets use a water-flush device to flush feces into a bottom sewage tank. Due to the limited capacity of the sewage tank, when the number of users reaches a certain level and the tank is nearly full, an feces suction truck needs to be used promptly for emptying. The feces suction truck connects to the sewage tank of the mobile toilet via a pipe and uses vacuum suction to draw out the fecal sewage and transport it to a designated disposal site to prevent environmental pollution caused by tank overflow.

Waterless mobile toilets: The sewage tank at the bottom of these toilets directly receives the excreta of users. Similar to water-flush toilets, the sewage tank of this type of toilet also has a capacity limit and requires regular emptying using an feces suction truck. The emptying process also involves using the vacuum system of the feces suction truck to draw out the feces from the sewage tank to ensure the continuous normal use of the mobile toilet.

Mobile toilets equipped with advanced feces treatment technologies: These toilets adopt advanced feces treatment technologies such as intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment and biofilm technology. These technologies can accelerate the fermentation and decomposition process of fecal sewage, converting the organic matter in the feces into harmless substances through the action of microorganisms. At the same time, the treated fecal sewage is purified through a filtration device to meet the standard for recycling in toilet flushing. This treatment method significantly reduces the frequency of fecal sewage suction and the number of times feces suction trucks are used, saving resources and reducing operating costs.

There are various types of feces suction trucks for mobile toilets on the market: Such as driving-type diesel three-wheeled feces suction trucks and Dongfeng 5-cubic-meter feces suction trucks. These feces suction trucks have different specifications and performances, and appropriate models can be selected according to the scale of the mobile toilets and usage requirements for feces extraction work.
