Mobile Toilet Feces Processor
The mobile toilet feces processor mainly achieves efficient treatment and resource utilization of feces through various technologies. Common methods include water-flush/non-water-flush suction, circulating water flushing, dry packing, foam sealing, and microbial decomposition, etc. It is also equipped with a mobile feces separation and suction truck for harmless treatment.

I. Mobile Toilet Feces Treatment Methods
Water-flush and Non-water-flush Suction Types
The water-flush type provides flushing water through a top water tank, and the bottom sewage tank collects excreta. The non-water-flush type directly receives waste in the bottom sewage tank. Both rely on the capacity of the sewage tank and require regular suction and cleaning, suitable for temporary or low-frequency use scenarios.Circulating Water Flush Type
It adopts intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, adds biological strains, and uses biofilm technology to accelerate fermentation and decomposition. The treated water is filtered and then recycled for toilet flushing, significantly reducing water consumption and suction frequency, suitable for areas with scarce water resources or high environmental protection requirements.Dry Packing Type
It uses biodegradable plastic bags to collect excreta. A new bag is automatically replaced after each use, and the waste is collected and transported to a treatment plant. This method does not require flushing water, saving water resources and facilitating collection, but it requires supporting plastic bag supply and subsequent treatment facilities.Foam Sealing Type
It uses a foaming liquid mixture to generate foam that covers the inner side of the toilet bowl, isolating odors and reducing the amount of flushing water. The system only needs to collect hand-washing water to meet the foaming requirements, further reducing water consumption, suitable for arid areas or areas with strong water-saving needs.Microbial Type
Excreta enter a solid-liquid separation device through an automatically opening toilet bowl: urine is filtered and treated into reclaimed water for flushing the urinal; feces are separated and enter a fermentation tank, where they are decomposed into harmless substances under the action of microbial strains. This method achieves resource recycling but requires regular maintenance of strain activity and equipment stability.
II. Mobile Feces Separation and Suction Truck
This device integrates vacuum extraction, solid-liquid separation, drug analysis, and feces dehydration functions, achieving efficient treatment through an all-stainless-steel structure:
- Solid-liquid Separation: Separates solid waste from fecal matter, reducing the burden of subsequent treatment;
- Chemical Reaction: Mixes feces with chemicals to generate raw materials for organic fertilizer;
- Sewage Discharge up to Standard: The dehydrated sewage is treated to meet discharge standards.
The equipment can clean 25 - 30 cubic meters of septic tanks per hour, suitable for the treatment of urban septic tanks, sludge, and silt, achieving harmless and resource-based treatment of feces.
