Construction Method for Finished Mobile Toilets
The construction method for finished mobile toilets mainly includes five steps: preliminary preparation, foundation treatment, box body hoisting and positioning, functional unit installation, and quality acceptance:

Preliminary Preparation: Conduct on-site surveys to verify the site's load-bearing capacity, inspect for underground pipelines, high-voltage cables, and geological hazards, and confirm the distances to water supply and sewage discharge connections. Prepare materials such as the mobile toilet box body, supporting functional units, and expansion anchors, and transport them to the site three days in advance with proper protection. Assign personnel including hoisting workers, electricians, and general laborers, complete safety and technical briefings, and secure approvals for temporary construction site use and road occupation.
Foundation Treatment: Clear debris and protruding obstacles, grind and level uneven areas, and mark the positions for fixed corner anchor bolts. For soft sites intended for long-term use (over 3 months), excavate pits, lay a gravel base, pour concrete, and cure it. For temporary use (up to 3 months), lay non-slip steel plates with a gravel base underneath for stability.
Box Body Hoisting and Positioning: Establish a safety cordon with dedicated personnel on guard. Use a truck-mounted crane with a capacity of at least 5 tons, securely attach the lifting ropes to the four preset hoisting rings on the box body, maintain levelness during lifting, and slowly move it to the designated position before lowering it evenly. After positioning, use a level to measure the horizontalness of the four corners, adjusting with thin steel plates at the base if the error exceeds 0.5 centimeters.
Functional Unit Installation: Construct sturdy supports using wood or metal materials. Build walls with wire mesh and concrete, install a roof with appropriate covering materials for waterproofing, and set up sanitary facilities such as toilets, water tanks, and sinks, connecting drainage and water supply pipes. Install doors and windows for ventilation and lighting, lay non-slip, easy-to-clean flooring materials, and reinforce sealing with construction adhesive and waterproof materials.
Quality Acceptance: Inspect the stability of supports and walls, the waterproofing of the roof, the integrity and proper functioning of sanitary facilities, and the smooth connection of drainage and water supply pipes. Check ventilation, lighting effects, and the flatness and slip resistance of the flooring materials.
