Mobile Toilet Fecal Suction Pump

Admin September 27, 2026

Mobile toilet fecal suction pumps generally can use fecal transfer pumps or fecal extraction pumps. These two types of pumps share some similarities and differences in technical principles and application characteristics, and both can meet the fecal extraction needs of mobile toilets.

The fecal transfer pump is specifically designed for transporting feces from urban and rural fecal pits as well as livestock farms. It can also be used in conjunction with mobile toilets, urban environmental protection public toilets, and shipborne fecal tanks. Its core component is a twisted-blade rubber cam rotor. Two helical cam rotors are continuously rotated by synchronous gears. When the rotors rotate, the medium (feces) is pushed from the pump's inlet to the outlet. Due to the sealing between the rotor rubber vanes and the pump body, a vacuum suction environment is formed in the pump's inlet and outlet chambers, resulting in good self-priming ability and effective extraction of feces from mobile toilets.

The fecal extraction pump is also suitable for mobile toilet scenarios. Some products adopt cam rotor pump technology, with the twisted-blade rubber cam rotor as the core, and are driven by synchronous gears. Its features include good self-priming ability, reversible conveying direction, an operating temperature of up to around 120 degrees Celsius, an output pressure of 0.1 - 1.2 MPa, a head of 10 - 120 meters, and a self-priming height generally below 7 meters. These parameters indicate that the fecal extraction pump can adapt to fecal extraction needs in different environments, such as high-temperature environments or scenarios requiring long-distance conveyance.

In addition, the mobile fecal extraction pump truck is an integrated application form of the fecal extraction pump, integrating a generator set and drainage equipment. It is lightweight, can operate submerged in water, and adopts variable-frequency starting technology, featuring high efficiency and energy saving. This design makes it more flexible in fecal extraction scenarios for mobile toilets, especially suitable for occasions without a fixed power supply or requiring rapid deployment.
