Mobile Toilet Door Installation Guide
Here is the installation guide for mobile toilet doors (bathroom sliding doors):

I. Preliminary Preparation and Vertical Positioning
Before installation, ensure that the wall surface is flat and free of debris. Use a level to mark vertical reference lines on both sides of the door opening to ensure the vertical alignment of the frame. Apply structural adhesive evenly over the marked positions on the wall surface, with a thickness of approximately 3-5 millimeters, to enhance the bonding stability between the frame and the wall. Press the frame against the wall along the vertical lines and secure it with temporary supports (such as wooden wedges). Wait for the structural adhesive to cure initially (about 2-4 hours, adjust according to the adhesive instructions).
II. Track Installation and Height Calibration
- Suspended Track and Floor Track Fixation: For exposed track installation, directly fix the suspended track to the ceiling or above the door opening using expansion screws, and fix the floor track to the ground, ensuring that the tracks are parallel and the spacing matches the width of the door.
- Hidden Track Handling: First, weld a hot-dip galvanized square tube false beam. The width of the false beam should be slightly larger than the width of the track (usually increased by 2-3 centimeters). Use a level to calibrate the verticality and height of the false beam separately, ensuring that its bottom is 2-3 centimeters lower than the finished surface of the subsequent ceiling to reserve space for ceiling installation. After the false beam is fixed, embed and secure the hidden track.
III. Pulley Debugging and Door Installation
- Pulley Debugging: Install the pulley assembly on top of the door. After inserting it into the door track, repeatedly push and pull to test. Adjust the height of the pulley or tighten/loosen the screws to ensure smooth sliding of the door without jamming or abnormal noise. For double doors, debug the pulleys of both doors simultaneously to maintain synchronized movement.
- Door Fixation: Hang the door vertically into the track and secure the connection between the door and the pulley with screws. Install a damper (buffer device) at the end of the door's movement direction to reduce the impact force when closing and extend the service life. Finally, install the door lock, ensuring that the latch aligns with the strike plate and operates smoothly.
IV. Final Touches
Apply glass adhesive at the gaps between the door and the wall and ground for sealing. The glass adhesive should be continuous and uniform to avoid waterproofing failure due to breaks. Wait for the glass adhesive to cure completely (about 24 hours) and then clean up any excess adhesive on the surface to complete the installation.
Precautions:
- Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid contact with structural adhesive or glass adhesive on the skin.
- If the wall is a lightweight partition wall (such as gypsum board), reinforce it in advance or use special expansion screws.
- Coordinate with the ceiling construction team for hidden track installation to ensure that the height of the false beam matches the ceiling design.
