Mobile Toilet Disassembly Steps Diagram

Admin October 08, 2026

Currently, there is no specific disassembly steps diagram for the entire mobile toilet, but you can refer to the disassembly steps of the toilet seat and the whole toilet to handle the relevant components in the mobile toilet. Here are the specific steps:

Disassembly of the Toilet Seat

  • Traditional Bottom-Lock Toilet Seat: Operations need to be carried out from below the toilet. First, locate the position of the fixing nut, which is usually near the edge at the bottom of the toilet. Use an appropriate tool (such as a wrench) to loosen the nut. Once the nut is completely loosened, the cover plate can be removed. This disassembly method is relatively traditional. Pay attention to the force during operation to avoid damaging the nut or toilet components.
  • Top Quick-Release Toilet Seat: Its locking methods are diverse and may be achieved by pressing buttons, sliding sliders, or hidden catches. During operation, depending on the specific locking method, simply lift the cover plate upwards or pull it out backwards. This design makes disassembly more convenient and does not require the use of tools. However, pay attention to observing the locking structure and operate correctly.
  • Smart Toilet Seat: First, press and hold the release button while gently lifting the entire unit upwards with both hands to separate it from the toilet seat. Then, find and remove the screws that fix the smart toilet seat. Pay attention to keeping these screws well during disassembly for subsequent installation. Next, unplug the wires one by one. When unplugging the wires, mark the position of each wire to avoid errors during installation.

Disassembly of the Whole Toilet

  • Preparation: First, check if the toilet has any cracks. If there are cracks, be extra careful during the disassembly process to prevent the toilet from breaking and causing injury. At the same time, wear thick work gloves when moving it to protect your hands.
  • Drainage Treatment: Remove the water tank cover, close the water supply valve, and then empty the water in the water tank and the toilet through flushing and other methods to ensure that no water will flow out during the disassembly process.
  • Component Disassembly: Remove the connected water pipes and use appropriate tools to remove the fixing bolts of the water tank and the toilet seat. When removing the bolts, pay attention to applying force evenly to avoid damaging the bolt holes.
  • Toilet Removal: Use a utility knife or other tools to cut open the sealant and gently shake the toilet to loosen it. Since the toilet is heavy, it is recommended to ask someone for help to lift the toilet to avoid getting injured.
  • Subsequent Treatment: Stuff rags into the drain pipe to prevent sewer gas from escaping and affecting the indoor environment.
