Step-by-Step Guide for Mobile Toilet Disassembly

There is no direct and specific information on mobile toilet disassembly, but we can refer to the disassembly steps of toilet seats for analogy. Here are the disassembly methods for different types:

Disassembly of Traditional Bottom-Lock Structures

If the mobile toilet is similar to a traditional bottom-lock toilet structure, first locate the fixing nuts during disassembly. Usually, two plastic or metal nuts can be found at the rear and lower part of the toilet. If they are covered by dust covers, use a flat-head screwdriver to carefully pry open the dust covers. Then, use one hand to press down on the screw head of the fixing base from above to prevent it from moving, and use the other hand to place a wrench over the nut below and turn it counterclockwise to loosen it. After both nuts on both sides are loosened, you can directly unscrew the nuts by hand. Once all the nuts are removed, the entire cover plate (similar to a toilet seat, including the seat ring and cover plate) can be directly lifted upwards and separated from the main body.

Disassembly of Top Quick-Release Structures

For mobile toilets with top quick-release structures, there is generally a fixing mechanism at the top or side of the connection between the cover plate and the base, which may be in the form of a press button, a sliding block, or a hidden snap. After finding this mechanism, operate it to directly lift the entire cover plate assembly upwards or pull it out backwards to complete the disassembly.

Disassembly of Smart Structures

If the mobile toilet is of a smart type, first press and hold the release button without letting go, and then gently lift the entire unit upwards with both hands. After that, find the marked screws and remove them one by one with a screwdriver. Then, gently tap the rear cover with your hand. Be careful not to pull the wires off during the operation. Finally, unplug the wires one by one to complete the disassembly.

Disassembly of Specific Active Button Structures

In another case, observe the sides of the mobile toilet near the water tank and from the water tank to the lower side of the cover to find the active buttons (such as two red buttons). Use the thumb and index finger of your left hand to press the two red buttons on the left and right simultaneously towards the middle, and you will hear a 'click' sound. Then, use your right hand to pull the cover outwards, and you will also hear a 'click' sound. In this way, the relevant components can be disassembled.
