Mobile Toilet Control Equipment

Admin September 24, 2026

The control equipment for mobile toilets can be classified into three categories based on type and function: foam controllers, smart toilet control systems, and smart public toilet management systems, all designed around the needs for intelligence and environmental protection.

Foam controllers are one of the core devices in eco-friendly mobile toilets. Taking the GYJ-0072-C toilet foam controller as an example, its function focuses on foam generation and circulation control. The device is equipped with a built-in timer, power module, and foam detection sensor. Users can set the foaming time and cooling time through preset parameters to achieve automatic start and stop. For instance, during peak usage periods, the foaming cycle can be extended to maintain cleanliness, while during low-usage periods at night, the cycle can be shortened to conserve resources. The foaming liquid is delivered through pipes to the surface of the toilet bowl, forming a lubricating layer that reduces water consumption and blocks odors through foam coverage, significantly improving water efficiency and hygiene levels.

The smart toilet control system, represented by the Jomoo 700P, emphasizes user interaction and localized functional optimization. Its control panel integrates NFC smart control technology, allowing users to complete personalized settings (such as adjusting water temperature and seat temperature) by touching their phones. The self-cleaning mode utilizes high-pressure water flow and UV sterilization to automatically clean the toilet bowl, reducing manual maintenance costs. The foam liquid addition function complements the foam controller by monitoring the remaining foam liquid level through a liquid level sensor and automatically replenishing it to ensure continuous and stable system operation. Such devices are mostly used in high-end mobile toilets or fixed smart public toilets, highlighting user experience and convenience.

The smart public toilet management system represents the integrated development direction of mobile toilet control, relying on IoT and big data technologies to achieve full-scenario automation. The core device, the smart management host (including an IoT gateway), collects data such as toilet stall occupancy, temperature and humidity, and ammonia concentration through a sensor network, and controls ventilation, deodorization, lighting, and other subsystems in a coordinated manner. For example, when ammonia concentration exceeds the standard, the system automatically activates the sterilization module and increases the exhaust air volume; when no one is using the toilet at night, the lights are adjusted to a low-power mode. All data can be uploaded to a cloud platform to support remote operation and maintenance and energy consumption analysis, providing decision-making support for public toilet management. Such systems are mostly used in large event venues or scenic spots, reducing unit operating costs through large-scale deployment.
