The rental period specifies start and end dates, and renewal upon expiration requires a new contract. Regarding rent and deposit, Party B pays the rent in full and on time and pays the deposit upon signing the contract. Upon rental expiration or contract termination, Party A refunds the remaining deposit after deducting relevant fees.
Rights and Obligations of Both Parties: Party A ensures that the mobile toilets meet quality standards, possess legal business qualifications, and is responsible for daily maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, disinfection, transportation, and installation. Party B pays the rent and deposit on time, uses the mobile toilets reasonably, keeps them clean, and supervises Party A's work.
Liability for Breach of Contract: If Party A fails to provide mobile toilets that meet the requirements as agreed, it shall pay liquidated damages and compensate for losses. If Party B fails to pay the rent or deposit as agreed, it shall pay liquidated damages and bear the losses. If Party B makes unauthorized alterations or damages the structure, it shall pay compensation and bear the repair costs.
Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes during contract performance, both parties shall resolve them through negotiation. If negotiation fails, they shall file a lawsuit with the people's court at Party A's location in accordance with the law.
