Mobile Toilet Composition Diagram Explanation

Admin October 10, 2026

A mobile toilet is mainly composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device, among other parts. Its structural frame is generally welded from steel.

Structural Frame

The structural frame of a mobile toilet is typically composed of a frame-type structure welded from steel. The bottom is usually welded using channel steel or I-beams, providing stable support to ensure the stability of the mobile toilet during use and movement. The columns are made of square steel, providing vertical support to the entire structure and enhancing its overall strength.

Wall Section

On the basis of the wall frame, wall materials are installed. Common wall materials include color-coated steel plates, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, stainless steel, and metal carved panels. Color-coated steel plates have the advantages of being lightweight, strong, and easy to install, allowing for the rapid construction of the walls of a mobile toilet. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic is corrosion-resistant and has good waterproofing properties, making it suitable for use in various environments. Stainless steel walls are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and easy to clean. Metal carved panels not only have decorative properties but also provide some thermal insulation.

Internal Facilities

  • Fecal Treatment Related: The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage. In some more advanced mobile toilets, a fecal sewage treatment device is equipped to perform preliminary treatment of the fecal sewage, reducing odors and pollution.
  • Sanitary Ware: Includes toilets or squat toilets, providing facilities for users to excrete.
  • Washing Equipment: Generally includes a sink for users to clean their hands, and some are also equipped with faucets, soap dishes, and other accessories.
  • Water Tank: Used to store clean water, providing a water source for sanitary ware and washing equipment.

Other Parts

  • Floor Slab: Laid at the bottom of the mobile toilet, providing a flat surface for users to stand and move around on, while also serving as a waterproof and anti-slip layer.
  • Roof: Covers the top of the mobile toilet, providing protection from wind, rain, and sun, safeguarding the internal facilities from the external environment.
  • Mobile Device: This is the key part that distinguishes a mobile toilet from a traditional fixed toilet. It usually uses wheels or a towing device to facilitate the transportation and relocation of the mobile toilet, allowing it to be flexibly arranged in different locations according to actual needs.
