Mobile Toilet Cleaning and Transportation Contract

Admin September 21, 2026

The mobile toilet cleaning and transportation contract is a written agreement that clarifies the rights and obligations of both Party A and Party B in aspects such as the cleaning, transportation, and disposal of mobile toilets. The following is an analysis of the core points of the contract:

I. Scope of the Contract

The contract specifies that Party B is responsible for the cleaning, renovation, unclogging, and removal (if required) of Party A's mobile toilets. The cleaning work should cover the removal of internal waste, equipment cleaning, and disinfection; renovation includes the repair of toilet structures or facilities; unclogging addresses pipe blockages; and removal requires the safe disassembly and removal of toilet facilities according to Party A's requirements. This scope definition ensures that Party B's service content is clear, avoiding subsequent disputes.

II. Contract Price and Payment

Both parties agree on a fixed amount for the cleaning and transportation fees (e.g., RMB 5,000 in total), which covers all costs associated with cleaning, transportation, and disposal. Party A is required to pay the fees according to the time specified in the contract, usually a one-time payment after Party B completes the work and it is accepted as satisfactory, or payment in stages (e.g., an advance payment + a final payment). The payment terms should specify the payment method (bank transfer/cash) and the liability for late payment.

III. Contract Term and Performance Time

The contract takes effect from the date of signature and seal by both parties and is generally valid for 1-3 years. Party B is required to complete all cleaning and transportation work within a specified time after the contract takes effect (e.g., within 7 working days). If delays occur due to force majeure or Party A's reasons, Party B may apply for an extension; if the delay is due to Party B's reasons, Party B is required to pay a daily penalty (e.g., 0.1% of the total contract amount).

IV. Obligations of Both Parties

  • Party A's Obligations: Provide necessary conveniences for the cleaning work, such as opening the site and coordinating water and electricity supplies; ensure that Party B's personnel and equipment can safely enter the work area; and make payments as agreed.
  • Party B's Obligations: Complete the cleaning and transportation work according to the contract standards, ensuring that the toilets are restored to a usable state; properly handle waste and comply with environmental regulations (e.g., classified transportation and compliant disposal); and take safety measures during operations to avoid environmental pollution or damage to Party A's property.

V. Liability for Breach of Contract and Dispute Resolution

  • Liability for Breach of Contract: The breaching party is required to pay a penalty to the non-breaching party (e.g., 10% of the total contract amount) and compensate for actual losses (e.g., additional expenses incurred by Party A due to delays).
  • Dispute Resolution: Both parties should prioritize negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute should be submitted to the people's court in Party A's location or the place of contract performance for resolution through litigation.

VI. Other Clauses

The contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy; attachments (such as service standards and acceptance criteria) have the same legal effect as the contract. It is recommended that the contract be reviewed by a professional lawyer before signing to ensure that the terms are legal and compliant.
