Mobile Toilet Circuit Diagram Explanation

Admin October 16, 2026

Currently, there is no detailed circuit diagram specifically for the entire mobile toilet, but its circuit principles and architecture can be understood through relevant circuit information.

Some relevant circuit information for mobile toilets is as follows:

  • Public Toilet Automatic Flushing Controller Circuit: The main function of this circuit is to flush the toilet at regular intervals through a solenoid valve and set different flushing frequencies according to different times of day and night, with more flushing times during the day and longer intervals at night. Additionally, the circuit has a manual flushing control function for use in special circumstances. In terms of circuit composition, transformer T, VD1-VD4, VD5, and C1 together form a 12V power supply circuit, providing a stable power source for the entire controller. The NE555 timer circuit is the core control component, which works with surrounding components to form a pulse signal oscillator with an automatically adjustable duty cycle. This oscillator precisely controls the opening and closing times of the solenoid valve, thereby achieving automatic flushing.
  • Power Supply Architecture for Mobile Public Toilets in Express Service Areas: The power supply for mobile public toilets starts with connecting to a 220V power source, which is then converted from alternating current to direct current through an AC-DC module, with common conversion voltages of 12V or 24V. The converted direct current supplies power to various devices, including occupancy indicator signs, ceiling speakers, exhaust fans, toilet stall human body sensors, lighting fixtures, and smart locks for partition doors. These devices are connected to the controller through IO signals, allowing the controller to centrally control and manage them. For example, it can control the switching of lighting fixtures based on signals from human body sensors and control the display of occupancy indicator signs according to usage conditions.

Although there is currently no complete circuit diagram for the entire mobile toilet, by understanding the above-mentioned relevant circuits, one can generally grasp the circuit principles and architecture of mobile toilets in terms of automatic flushing and power supply management, providing a certain reference for further research and design of mobile toilet circuits.
