Mobile Toilet Car Modification Plan
The mobile toilet car modification plan mainly includes three types: vehicle-mounted toilet emergency system, customized vehicle-mounted mobile toilet, and bus modification into a mobile toilet.

Vehicle-mounted toilet emergency system: This plan involves integrating a hideable toilet into the vehicle, usually stored under the seat and operated via a sliding rail mechanism for deployment and concealment. This design is mainly suitable for emergency scenarios, such as when there is a need for toilet use by vehicle occupants during highway traffic jams on holidays or when there are no appropriate toilet facilities nearby during long-distance self-driving trips. It is positioned similarly to a spare tire or first-aid kit, taking up no space under normal circumstances and providing convenience when needed. However, this system has relatively limited space and relatively simple functions, mainly meeting basic emergency toilet needs.
Customized vehicle-mounted mobile toilet: This plan is designed according to specific usage scenarios, such as outdoor work and long-distance travel, as well as the actual conditions of the vehicle. During the design process, emphasis is placed on optimizing the spatial layout to ensure that the facilities inside the toilet are arranged reasonably for more comfortable use. In terms of material selection, corrosion-resistant fiberglass or aluminum alloy panels are often used, which can adapt to different environmental conditions and extend the service life. At the same time, a sewage discharge system is integrated, with common types being the storage tank type and the circulating water flushing type. The storage tank type collects waste in a storage tank for regular cleaning, while the circulating water flushing type achieves water conservation by recycling water resources. Such plans focus on environmental adaptability and long-term reliability of use, meeting the diverse needs of different users in different scenarios.
Bus modification into a mobile toilet: This plan involves re-planning the interior space of a scrapped or idle bus, dividing it into functional areas such as a toilet area, a hand-washing area, and a storage area. During the modification process, facilities such as water-saving toilets, water tanks, and piping systems need to be installed to meet the normal use requirements of the toilet. The modification process includes space planning, reasonably allocating the area of each area according to actual needs; structural modification, such as sound insulation and waterproofing treatment to improve the comfort of toilet use; facility installation, accurately installing various sanitary facilities in place; and finally, decoration to make the appearance of the toilet more aesthetically pleasing. This plan is suitable for large-scale outdoor events, temporary construction sites, and other scenarios, providing toilet services for a large number of people.
