Mobile Toilet Bottom Design

Admin October 11, 2026

The bottom design of mobile toilets varies depending on their type and structure, with common designs including frame structures, universal wheel installations, and anti-slip accessories.

Frame structures are a common design form for the bottom of mobile toilets. Many mobile toilets use welded channel steel or I-beams as the base foundation, with square steel columns forming a frame structure. The primary purpose of this design is to meet lifting requirements, ensuring the stability and safety of the mobile toilet during transportation and installation. Channel steel and I-beams have high strength and rigidity, capable of bearing the overall weight of the mobile toilet and various loads generated during use. The square steel columns further enhance the structural stability, making the entire mobile toilet a sturdy unit. Through this frame structure, the mobile toilet can be easily lifted as a whole using cranes or other equipment, allowing for quick relocation from one site to another. This design is suitable for various temporary or highly mobile locations, such as construction sites and large event venues.

Some portable restrooms have universal wheels installed at the bottom. For example, a portable restroom made by a young man using a water storage tank and a pallet has a universal wheel fixed at each of the four corners of the pallet bottom. The design of universal wheels allows the restroom to be moved flexibly without the need for large lifting equipment. Users can easily push the restroom to different positions according to actual needs, greatly improving convenience of use. This design is particularly suitable for locations with limited space or where the restroom position needs to be frequently adjusted, such as home yards and small campsites.

Some mobile toilets are equipped with anti-slip accessories at the bottom. Taking the mobile toilet (H76 basic model) as an example, it incorporates silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners of the bottom. Silicone anti-slip pads have excellent anti-slip properties, effectively increasing the friction between the toilet and the ground, preventing the toilet from sliding during use, and enhancing safety. Especially on smooth surfaces like tiled floors, the effect of the anti-slip pads is more pronounced. At the same time, the silicone material also has a certain degree of softness, reducing collisions and wear between the toilet and the ground, and extending the service life of the toilet.
