Specific Manufacturing Cases

• Manufacturing Using a Water Storage Barrel: First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Then, use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the barrel. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and embed plastic soft boards to create walls. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof. To enhance aesthetics, paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint and use foam strips to piece together discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Cut holes on the side and bottom of the plastic barrel to connect direct joints, and place the plastic barrel on the roof as a small water storage device. Use water pipes to make a bath heater, install a three-way joint below the water inlet pipe to connect a showerhead, place a toilet and install a water tank, and fix them with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank, horizontally connect a water pipe from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the door as the water inlet pipe for the washbasin, and cut a hole in the door to install a joint to connect a hose.
• Manufacturing Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet. Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank body. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank body, and fix the outer frames of the two water storage tanks with self-tapping screws. Then, cut a rectangular opening in the outer frame of the water storage tank as a doorway. Cut a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert a elbow from the bottom into the water pipe and seal the gap with glue. Cut off the excess water pipe, align the toilet with the drain and fix it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall buckle to install a faucet, fix a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect a water pipe and cut a hole at the bottom as the outlet of the drain pipe. Cut a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a washbasin made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install a shower bracket and a toilet seat. Use a water pipe to make a spray-type showerhead and install it. Finally, make and install the door and door handle of the bathroom.
