How to Install a Mobile Toilet Basin

Admin October 06, 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet basin requires selecting the appropriate method based on its specific type. Common types include dog flushing basins and general mobile toilets. The specific installation steps are as follows:

I. Installation Method for Dog Flushing Basins

  1. Flexible Hose Connection Method

    • Component Preparation: Take out all product components, including a flexible hose, elbows, and odor-proof gaskets.
    • Hose and Elbow Connection: Connect one end of the hose tightly to the elbow, ensuring the joint is secure.
    • Sewage Outlet Connection: Insert the other end of the hose into the sewage outlet of the dog basin, ensuring sufficient insertion depth to prevent leaks.
    • Drain Connection: Insert the elbow with the odor-proof gasket into the indoor drain opening, pressing firmly to avoid odor leakage.
    • Anti-slip Strip Installation: Flip the basin over and insert transparent anti-slip strips into the bottom sides of the four legs, inserting two strips per leg to ensure the basin is placed securely.
  2. Direct Connection Pipe Installation Method

    • Hose Joint Handling: Insert the hose joint into the provided elbow, pressing it in tightly and checking for looseness. If necessary, use tools to reinforce it.
    • Hose Length Adjustment: According to the actual distance between the basin and the drain opening, cut the hose to the appropriate length with scissors, ensuring the cut is smooth.
    • Sewage Outlet and Drain Connection: Insert the cut hose into the sewage outlet of the dog basin and the elbow at the other end into the indoor drain opening, ensuring a tight connection.
    • Anti-slip Strip Installation: Similar to the flexible hose method, flip the basin over and install the anti-slip strips to ensure safety during use.

II. Installation Method for General Mobile Toilets

  1. Component Inspection: Upon receiving the product, first open the package and check the component list to ensure all parts (such as the toilet body, water tank, hose, screws, etc.) are complete and undamaged.
  2. Assembly Steps: Follow the installation instructions provided in the product manual or obtained from customer service to complete the assembly step by step. Typically, you need to first fix the toilet base, then connect the water tank and hose, and finally adjust the positions of all components to ensure stability.
  3. Function Testing: After installation, perform a flush test to check if the water flow is smooth and if there are any leaks. Ensure all functions are normal before putting the toilet into use.

Precautions: Before installation, carefully read the product manual as different brands or models of basins may have slight differences. If you encounter difficulties during installation, it is recommended to contact customer service or a professional for assistance to avoid damage or safety hazards caused by improper operation.
