Mobile Toilet Base Installation
The installation of a mobile toilet base requires adherence to the following key steps and precautions to ensure equipment stability and safety during use:

I. Pre-installation Preparation and Inspection Before installation, thoroughly inspect the equipment and its components for completeness. Focus on confirming that the base bracket is free from deformation, that anchor bolts are complete and free from rust, and that rubber gaskets are not aged or cracked. Simultaneously, level the ground according to site conditions and use a spirit level to measure the installation area, ensuring that the ground levelness error does not exceed ±5mm to prevent equipment重心 (center of gravity) misalignment or poor drainage due to ground inclination. If there are significant irregularities on the ground, fill or excavate them in advance.
II. Foundation Treatment Select an appropriate foundation type based on the installation duration:
- Temporary Installation: Compact the ground and lay a 10-15 cm thick gravel bed or specialized anti-slip mat, repeatedly leveling it with a spirit level to ensure uniform bearing capacity of the bed.
- Semi-permanent/Long-term Installation: It is recommended to pour a concrete foundation with a thickness of no less than 15 cm and embed M12-M16 anchor bolts or welded connectors. The concrete strength should reach at least C20, and the curing period should be no less than 7 days to prevent equipment cracking due to foundation settlement later on.
III. Bracket Fixation and Leveling Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily on the treated foundation and adjust the adjustable screws or gaskets at the four corners of the bracket to ensure that the overall levelness error of the equipment is ≤2mm. When fixing, select bolts according to the ground material: for cement floors, use expansion bolts with a length of ≥100mm; for soil floors, compact the ground first and then pour a 10 cm thick concrete bed before fixation. All bolts should be tightened symmetrically, with a torque value controlled between 40-50N·m, to avoid local stress concentration causing base deformation.
IV. Installation of Shock-absorbing Devices When installing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure they are fully in contact with the bracket and foundation surface without misalignment or suspension. For bases with buffering functions, gently push the equipment after installation to test the shock-absorbing effect and observe whether the maximum displacement of the equipment in the horizontal direction is ≤5mm. If there is significant shaking, check whether the shock absorbers are installed correctly or replace them with models of higher stiffness.
V. Post-installation Inspection After fixation, use a spirit level to recheck the equipment levelness and inspect all connection points to ensure that the bolts are tightened properly. During the shaking test, apply a lateral force of 50-100N, and the equipment should not tilt significantly or produce abnormal noises. It is recommended to continuously observe the equipment stability for 24 hours after installation, paying special attention to whether the concrete foundation develops cracks or settlement, and promptly address any abnormalities.
