Mobile Toilet Assembly
The assembly of a mobile toilet mainly includes basic structural components, functional equipment components, and some intelligent system components (for smart mobile toilets).

Basic structural components: These form the physical support framework of the mobile toilet, ensuring its stability and durability. Among them, the fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage disposal device) is the core part, responsible for collecting and treating excreta. Depending on the design, some directly store it for subsequent cleaning, while others are equipped with preliminary treatment functions to reduce odors and pollution. The floor needs to be slip-resistant and easy to clean, ensuring safety and hygiene during use. The walls and roof form an enclosed space, protecting privacy and shielding against external environmental influences. The material selection emphasizes lightness and durability, such as light steel structures or new composite materials, facilitating mobility and installation. The mobile device, such as wheels or a trailer structure, enables the toilet to be quickly relocated to different locations as needed.
Functional equipment components: These are directly related to the user experience and hygiene standards. Sanitary ware, including toilets or squat pans, should conform to ergonomic design and be easy to clean and maintain. Washing equipment, such as sinks and faucets, provides basic hand-cleaning functions, with some high-end models also equipped with hand dryers or disinfectant dispensers. The water tank is used to store flushing water, ensuring effective cleaning after each use. Some mobile toilets adopt water-saving designs to reduce water consumption.
Intelligent system components (for smart mobile toilets): With technological advancements, mobile toilets have also incorporated intelligent elements. For example, the face recognition paper dispensing system controls paper distribution through biometric technology, offering convenience and saving resources. The automatic induction flushing device requires no manual operation, enhancing hygiene levels. The environmental monitoring system continuously monitors the air quality, temperature, and humidity inside the toilet, ensuring a comfortable usage environment. The foot traffic counting function helps managers understand usage frequency and optimize resource allocation. The remote fault alarm system promptly notifies maintenance personnel when equipment fails, reducing downtime.
