Mobile Toilet Anzheng

Admin September 23, 2026

The installation of the mobile toilet 'Anzheng' should follow standardized procedures, with a focus on ensuring the stability of the main body, the sealing of components, and passing functional tests. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Basic Installation Preparation

Mobile toilets are usually designed as integrated units, with the main body measuring approximately 1.1 meters in length and width and 2.3 meters in height. They are equipped with facilities such as light bulbs, sockets, exhaust fans, air outlets, and flush tanks. Before installation, check the flatness of the ground. If the ground is uneven, use shims or adjust the height of the base to ensure stability. If pipe connections are involved (such as between the flush tank and the sewage pipe), plan the drainage path in advance and reserve enough space for operation.

II. Main Body Assembly and Fixation

  1. Bottom Anti-slip Treatment:
Install silicone anti-slip pads at the four corners of the bottom of the mobile toilet to enhance friction with the ground and prevent displacement caused by external impacts or a slippery ground surface. If the ground is a smooth material (such as tiles), additional anti-slip tape can be used for reinforcement.
  2. Alignment of Upper and Lower Barrels:
After aligning the upper and lower parts of the barrel, press the buckles or bolts to fix them, ensuring there are no gaps at the connections. For some models, special sealing glue may be required to fill the seams to prevent odor leakage.
  3. Sealed Pipe Connections:
When connecting the inlet hose, angle valve, and sprinkler head of the flush tank, wrap Teflon tape around the interfaces or install sealing rubber rings, and tighten them until there is no looseness. If the pipes are made of PVC material, use special glue for bonding to avoid leakage.

III. Functional Testing and Adjustment

  1. Water Test:
After assembly, fill the flush tank with water and activate the flushing function to observe whether there are any leaks at the pipe connections. If leakage is found, re-tighten the interfaces or replace the sealing parts.
  2. Ventilation and Electrical Inspection:
Turn on the exhaust fan and light bulb to confirm that the air outlet is not blocked and the electrical connections are normal. If the exhaust fan is too noisy, check whether the fan blades are loose or if the installation angle is offset.
  3. Overall Stability Test:
Gently push the main body of the mobile toilet to check for any shaking. If the stability is insufficient, adjust the position of the anti-slip pads or add ground fixing devices (such as expansion bolts).

IV. Precautions

  • Pipe Adjustment Limitations: Mobile toilets are usually designed as integrated units. If relocation is required, proceed with caution. The drainage pipes should maintain a slope of 1%-2% to avoid blockages. If elbow connections are involved, use special pipe fittings to ensure sealing.
  • Priority of Product Manuals: The installation details may vary among different brands and models. It is recommended to refer to the manuals provided by the supplier or contact after-sales personnel for on-site guidance.

By following these steps, you can ensure that the mobile toilet is installed stably and functions normally, meeting usage requirements.
