Mobile Toilet and Bathroom Production

Admin October 19, 2026

There are multiple creative and practical methods for producing mobile toilets and bathrooms. Here are two common approaches:

Building a Mobile Toilet Using Two Chemical Drums

First, prepare two large chemical drums as the basic materials for construction. Next, remove the steel bars on top of the chemical drums and use a cutting machine to completely cut off the plastic drum lids. Place the two plastic drums upside down together and ensure structural stability by fixing upper and lower iron frames. Cut an opening the size of a door frame on one side and make corresponding cuts on the inner plastic drum for subsequent installation of the door and internal facilities.

Then, find a rectangular iron sheet and use screws to fix the gaps between the two plastic drums, serving as a seal and reinforcement. Drill holes in the corners of the plastic drums, install PVC pipes, and apply sealant. After ensuring a good seal, cut off the excess parts. This step prepares for the subsequent drainage system.

After that, place the toilet and install the toilet tank. Connect and install the water inlet pipe to ensure the normal use of the toilet. Install a sink for users to clean themselves easily. Make a showerhead with PVC pipes and connect it for bathing needs.

Finally, install two wooden doors with hinges and handles. Extend and connect the water inlet pipe. After completing all installations, test each function to ensure normal operation. Connect the drainage outlet to a water pipe and a septic tank to ensure proper sewage discharge.

Building a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

First, prepare a water storage tank and a pallet. Use tools to fix a universal wheel at each of the four corners on the bottom of the pallet, enabling the entire toilet to be mobile and convenient for use in different locations. Subsequently, according to actual needs, install sanitary facilities such as a toilet and a sink on the pallet and connect the corresponding water inlet and drainage pipes. If a shower function is required, a simple showerhead device can also be installed. This production method is relatively simple and cost-effective, suitable for situations where the toilet function requirements are not high and the budget is limited.
