Mobile Toilet Air Conditioning Outlet

Admin October 12, 2026

The design of the air conditioning outlet in mobile toilets is usually integrated with the overall ventilation system, with positions distributed at the top, sides, or bottom, and the materials and prices vary depending on the type.

The position design of the air conditioning outlet in mobile toilets needs to balance ventilation efficiency and user experience. Common distributions are as follows:

  • Top vents: Usually located in the middle or corners of the top of public toilets, featuring a grille design that can introduce fresh air and expel stale air. Some top vents are equipped with exhaust fans to enhance air circulation through mechanical ventilation, especially suitable for scenarios with high foot traffic.
  • Side vents: Typically installed near the top of the walls, either on both sides or on one side. Their grille design creates air convection with the top vents. Some side vents can be flexibly opened and closed, facilitating the adjustment of ventilation volume according to actual needs and balancing energy efficiency with ventilation effectiveness.
  • Bottom vents: Located on both sides or at the rear of the bottom of public toilets, their main function is to expel ground moisture and a small amount of odors, assisting in forming a complete ventilation system. The design of bottom vents needs to consider moisture and corrosion resistance to prevent structural damage from prolonged exposure to ground moisture.

In some smart mobile public toilets, the vents are combined with deodorization devices. For example, placing the vents above the toilet stalls precisely expels odors near the stalls, improving ventilation and deodorization effects. Additionally, all vents must be sealed to prevent rainwater leakage and ensure the stability of the equipment in outdoor environments.

In terms of material selection, there are various types of air conditioning outlets for mobile toilets:

  • Plastic louvers: Priced at approximately 36 yuan per piece, they are cost-effective and suitable for scenarios with high budget constraints, but their durability is relatively weak.
  • Aluminum alloy swirl vents: Priced at approximately 17 yuan each (for orders of 30 or more), they offer good corrosion resistance and lightweight characteristics, making them suitable for long-term outdoor use.
  • Iron louvers: Priced at approximately 300 yuan per square meter, they are strong and aesthetically pleasing but heavy, requiring consideration of the load-bearing capacity of the installation structure.
  • Stainless steel louvers: They have strong corrosion resistance and a long service life but are relatively expensive, suitable for scenarios with extremely high durability requirements.

The selection of materials and specifications should be comprehensively evaluated based on the usage environment, budget, and maintenance needs of the mobile toilet to ensure the long-term stable operation of the ventilation system.
