Mobile Toilet Accessories

Admin September 20, 2026

The accessories for mobile toilets mainly include shell materials, materials related to the sewage system, internal fittings, and other auxiliary materials, as detailed below:

The shell material of a mobile toilet is a key factor affecting its service life and maintenance costs. Common shell materials include polyethylene, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), and stainless steel. Polyethylene is corrosion-resistant and lightweight, making it suitable for temporary, short-term use scenarios, such as some short-term events or temporary construction sites. FRP has high strength and can adapt to outdoor temperature variations, often used in mobile toilets with certain durability requirements. Stainless steel is mostly used in scenarios with high hygiene requirements, such as hospitals and high-end event venues, as its smooth surface is easy to clean and disinfect.

The sewage system is the core part of a mobile toilet, and its related materials vary depending on the sewage disposal method. Flush-type sewage systems require an external water source and sewage pipes, suitable for areas with well-established infrastructure. Foam-sealing sewage systems use foam to reduce odor diffusion, have the advantage of water conservation, and do not require complex piping systems, making them suitable for regions with relatively scarce water resources. Microbial degradation sewage systems achieve waste reduction through biological decomposition, suitable for remote areas without sewage disposal conditions, such as mountainous regions and deserts.

The internal fittings of a mobile toilet include door locks, ventilation fans, toilets, washbasins, etc. Some companies use universal fittings, which are convenient for later maintenance and replacement; others use customized fittings, which, although having a higher fit, may increase the difficulty of replacement. In addition, there are some specific toilet fittings, such as stainless steel squat toilets, foldable washbasins, and odor-sealing devices, which can improve the comfort and hygiene level of mobile toilets.

In addition to the above main materials, there are some other auxiliary materials. For example, although agricultural greenhouse film materials are mainly used in agriculture, their corrosion resistance and flexibility also make them suitable for temporary covering or protection of public toilets, more suitable for short-term use. They need to be replaced regularly if exposed to the outdoor environment for a long time.
