Mobile Smart Toilet Construction Plan

Admin September 20, 2026

The mobile smart toilet construction plan covers five core modules: site selection and layout, technology selection, design details, operation and maintenance system, and smart management.

I. Site Selection and Layout Site selection should be based on pedestrian heat maps, event plans, and temporary demand data to fill the gaps left by fixed public toilets, ensuring accessibility within a 5-minute walk without interfering with the main road landscape. Density planning should be dynamically adjusted according to the scenario, such as increasing the density in the exit corridors after large-scale performances and considering the distance between high-altitude work areas and living areas in construction sites.

II. Technology Selection

  1. Excreta Treatment: For long-term fixed locations, microbial degradation technology is used to decompose excreta into odorless liquids through microbial communities, achieving internal circulation. For large-scale event scenarios, a combination of packing and vacuum suction is employed, using biodegradable packing bags and a vacuum negative pressure system to isolate odors and waste, reducing the frequency of waste removal.
  2. Smart Management: Relying on 5G networks to achieve full-link digital management, real-time statistics of pedestrian flow and remaining toilet stalls are provided, odor concentration is monitored, and the ventilation system is automatically triggered. Dispatch reminders are sent to cleaning staff.

III. Design Details

  1. Humanized Design: For the elderly, children, and mothers with infants, one-touch alarm buttons, anti-collision rounded corners, storage racks, and clothes hooks are provided. At least 15% of the toilet stalls should be designated as "third toilets" or barrier-free stalls.
  2. Ventilation Design: The "upward supply and downward exhaust" airflow organization method is adopted to directly draw odors downward and prevent them from spreading throughout the space.
  3. Exterior Design: The sense of abruptness is reduced through imitation wood grain finishes or landscape-integrated canopies. Some plans integrate functions such as mobile phone charging ports and vending machines.

IV. Operation and Maintenance System During peak hours, the frequency of waste removal and cleaning is increased to once every 1-2 hours. In extreme weather conditions, reinforcement measures and emergency cooling equipment should be pre-set. A linkage process should be established with local sanitation and urban appearance management departments to ensure smooth operation and maintenance. Long-term management covers daily cleaning frequency, spare parts inventory, winter freeze prevention measures, and emergency fecal extraction response times.

V. Smart Management Plan

  1. Basic Plan: Data is obtained using pedestrian counters and laser human body sensors and transmitted to an industrial control host via wireless IoT. After processing, the data is displayed on a large PC screen and synchronized to a cloud platform for users to find toilets and provide feedback through a mini-program.
  2. Intermediate Plan: This plan expands functions such as environmental monitoring, energy consumption monitoring, safety protection, and personnel attendance. An environmental monitoring all-in-one machine is equipped to monitor air quality and temperature and humidity in real-time. Emergency call buttons and sound and light alarms ensure safety, and an attendance punch-in machine enables personnel management.
  3. Comprehensive Plan: New functions such as water and electricity consumption monitoring, intelligent equipment linkage, and satisfaction evaluation are added. Remote water and electricity meters measure consumption, and intelligent linkage control automatically adjusts equipment such as ion deodorizers. A satisfaction evaluation machine collects user feedback to optimize services.
