Mobile Single Toilet Installation Guide
Admin October 02, 2026
The installation of a mobile single toilet should be carried out in accordance with standardized procedures. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparations
- Site Survey and Planning
- Ensure the installation location avoids low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacles, keeping the site dry and level.
- Measure the site dimensions to ensure the toilet's access passage width is ≥1.2 meters, reserving operational space for installation and maintenance.
- Material Inventory and Inspection
- Verify the quantity and model of accessories such as the toilet body, sink, flushing device, and sewage pipe. Check that the equipment is undamaged externally and that internal facilities (e.g., water tank, toilet bowl) function properly.
- Tool and Personnel Preparation
- Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, spirit levels, electric drills (4.2mm drill bit), and rivet guns, and arrange for 2-3 professional personnel to operate. If the toilet is large, coordinate with a crane for assistance in handling.
II. On-site Installation Implementation Steps
- Foundation Fixing Operations
- Lifting and Leveling: Use a crane to move the toilet body to the designated location and adjust its levelness using a spirit level, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm.
- Fixing and Anti-tipping: Secure the equipment with expansion bolts (for hard surfaces) or counterweights (for soft surfaces). Strengthen fixing measures in areas with strong winds.
- Splice and Reinforce: For some models, insert the inner corner plates into the slots sequentially, align them, drill holes, and insert rivets to ensure structural stability.
- Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging
- Sewage Pipe Connection: Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% to prevent backflow.
- Water Supply Connection: Use a water pipe ≥DN20 to connect to the water source, test the flushing function, and check the drainage seal to ensure no leakage.
- Detail Inspection and Cleaning
- Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, and test the flexibility of the door lock and flushing button.
- Clean and disinfect the interior of the toilet, place consumables such as air fresheners and toilet paper to enhance the user experience.
III. Post-installation Acceptance and Delivery
- Function Test Checklist
- Flush Test: Press the flush button three times consecutively to observe whether the drainage is smooth, with no blockages or water accumulation.
- Load-bearing Test: Evenly step on the top of the equipment to check for structural stability, with no abnormal noises or deformations.
- Delivery Document Confirmation: Provide the customer with an Equipment Installation Acceptance Certificate, specifying the installation date, warranty period, and usage precautions.
IV. Precautions and Safety Regulations
- Installation Safety Requirements
- Wear a safety harness during high-altitude operations. Installation is prohibited in winds ≥5 or during thunderstorms.
- Keep away from fire sources. Smoking or using open-flame equipment inside the toilet is prohibited.
- Construction Site Management
- Designate the construction area and set up warning signs to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering.
- Ensure adequate lighting for night construction and install reflective strips to enhance visibility.
