Mobile Public Toilet with Seat

Admin October 12, 2026

Whether a mobile public toilet is equipped with a seat cannot be generalized and needs to be judged based on its specific type and configuration.

Mobile public toilets come in various types. According to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into flush and non-flush suction-type mobile toilets, circulating flush-type mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets, among others. For mobile toilets with different treatment methods, there are differences in the configuration of their internal facilities, and the provision of seats also varies.

Flush and non-flush suction-type mobile toilets usually have a relatively complete sewage discharge system. In places with high hygiene requirements and a wide range of users, such as scenic spots and large-scale event venues, to meet the usage needs of different groups of people, especially the elderly and those with mobility issues, some of these mobile toilets are equipped with seats. The design of the seats conforms to ergonomics, making them more comfortable to use and enhancing the user experience.

Circulating flush-type mobile toilets process sewage through a specific water circulation system to achieve the reuse of water resources. The configuration of these toilets is also relatively flexible. In high-end venues or areas with high environmental protection requirements, to reflect humanization and environmental protection concepts, seats may also be installed. The use of seats can reduce water waste and provide convenience for users.

Dry-packing mobile toilets do not require water for flushing. Instead, they use a special packing device to package feces and other waste. Due to structural and usage limitations, this type of mobile toilet generally has fewer seats and mostly uses squat toilets because squat toilets are more convenient for waste collection and packaging and have a relatively simple structure and lower cost.

In addition, whether a mobile public toilet is equipped with a seat is also affected by factors such as the venue and budget. In venues with limited space or tight budgets, there may be a greater tendency to choose facilities with simple configurations and lower costs, and the probability of having seats installed will be relatively low.
