Mobile Public Toilet Cleaning

Admin October 07, 2026

There are mainly two methods for cleaning mobile public toilets: the eight-step cleaning method and professional cleaning procedures, as detailed below:

Eight-Step Cleaning Method:

  • Step 1: Remove dust and cobwebs: Use appropriate tools, such as a long-handled broom or a feather duster, to clean the ceiling, corners, and other areas of the toilet where dust and cobwebs tend to accumulate, ensuring the overall environment of the toilet is clean and tidy.
  • Step 2: Wipe down easily accessible areas like doors, windows, and sinks: Use a clean cloth dampened with an appropriate amount of cleaning agent to wipe down doors, windows, sinks, mirrors, and other areas that are frequently touched by people, removing stains and fingerprints to keep surfaces clean and shiny.
  • Step 3: Scrub the scale inside squat and sit toilets: For stubborn scale inside squat and sit toilets, use a specialized cleaning brush and cleaning agent to scrub, ensuring the interior of the toilets is clean and odor-free.
  • Step 4: Sweep up trash: Promptly empty the trash cans in the toilet and dispose of the trash at designated collection points to prevent odor buildup and bacterial growth from accumulated trash.
  • Step 5: Mop the floor to remove standing water: Use a mop to clean the toilet floor, removing standing water to keep the floor dry and prevent slip-and-fall accidents.
  • Step 6: Check that facilities are intact: Inspect various facilities in the toilet, such as flushing equipment, lighting fixtures, and door locks, to ensure they are undamaged and functioning properly.
  • Step 7: Spray disinfectant and turn on deodorizing equipment: Use an appropriate disinfectant to thoroughly spray the toilet, killing bacteria and viruses, while turning on deodorizing equipment to improve the air quality inside the toilet.
  • Step 8: Organize cleaning supplies: Put cleaning tools and cleaning agents back in their designated places to keep the toilet management room clean and orderly.

Professional Cleaning Procedures: These cover pre-treatment, core cleaning, deep disinfection, equipment maintenance, and proper disposal of waste. Specifically, they include risk assessment and tool preparation before work, emptying waste, using a high-pressure cleaner to rinse the toilet walls, fixtures, floors, and dead corners, scrubbing stubborn stains with cleaning agents, performing deep disinfection and maintaining contact time with the disinfectant, rinsing all surfaces, cleaning and disinfecting suction hoses and tools, using atomized deodorizers to treat the air, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and properly disposing of waste.
