Mobile Outdoor Toilet Simple Board
The following method can be referred to for making a mobile outdoor toilet simple board, with water storage tanks and a support board as the basis for modification:

I. Basic Frame Construction
First, prepare a sturdy support board as the base. Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the support board to ensure mobility. The support board should have sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the subsequently installed water storage tanks and other facilities. When choosing universal wheels, consider the ground flatness. If used on construction sites or in complex outdoor terrains, it is advisable to select heavy-duty universal wheels with brakes to enhance stability.
II. Water Storage Tank Modification and Assembly
Recycle two water storage tanks of the same specifications from a garbage station, giving priority to intact and sturdy tanks. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the first water storage tank, forming an open tank as the main space of the toilet. Invert the second water storage tank with an open top and stack it on top of the first tank. Fix the outer frames of the two tanks with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer sealed structure. During this step, ensure that the cutting edges are smooth to avoid scratching users, and the screws should be tightly fixed to prevent water leakage.
III. Functional Module Installation
- Door Opening and Drainage System: Cut a rectangular opening with a height of 180 cm and a width of 50 cm on the outer frame of the water storage tank as the door opening, with a size suitable for adult passage. Make a hole in the interior floor, insert an elbow, connect it to a water pipe, and then seal it. Cut off the excess water pipe to form a drainage outlet. The toilet should be placed aligned with the drainage outlet and fixed with glue to prevent sewage leakage.
- Water Supply System: Fix a water pipe on the wall with clips and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws below it, connect a water pipe, and then make a hole below it as the outlet of the drainage pipe. After making a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue to fix a stainless-steel basin as the washbasin to ensure tightness. The toilet tank should be connected to the water inlet pipe. Install a bracket for the shower hose, fix it, and equip it with a spray-type showerhead to meet cleaning needs.
IV. Door and Detail Improvement
Bring a wooden board as the door panel. Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank and on the other side of the wooden board to form the toilet door. A door handle should be installed on the door for easy opening and closing. If used in cold regions, wrap insulation materials around the outside of the tank and install lighting equipment inside to enhance the user experience.
V. Applicable Scenarios and Precautions
Such simple mobile toilets are suitable for temporary scenarios such as rural homes, outdoor parks, and construction sites, with the advantages of low cost, fast assembly, and mobility. However, it is necessary to regularly check whether the drainage system is blocked, ensure that the universal wheels are lubricated, and avoid long-term exposure to extreme weather conditions to prevent material aging.
