Mobile Industrial Toilet

Admin September 28, 2026

A mobile industrial toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services for specific locations, suitable for scenarios such as large construction sites, and comes in various types and features.

In terms of composition, a mobile industrial toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. These components work together to ensure the basic functionality and mobility of the toilet.

Regarding structural form, it can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single structure is relatively independent and simple, while the composite structure may offer more advantages in terms of functional integration or space utilization. Based on the method of movement, there are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, which usually require external lifting equipment for movement; and powered and towed-type mobile toilets, where the powered type can provide its own moving power, and the towed type can be connected to a vehicle for transportation.

Sewage treatment methods are also an important basis for classification. Water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets: the former relies on water flushing for cleaning, while the latter treats fecal sewage through suction. Recirculating water-flush mobile toilets can recycle the flushing water, saving water resources. Dry-packing mobile toilets dry-pack the feces without using water.

Mobile industrial toilets produced by different companies each have their own characteristics. Some companies can complete production within an expedited 4-day period and can customize the number of squatting positions according to the male-to-female ratio of factory workers. When there are more men than women, only one squatting position can be reserved for women, and multiple squatting positions can be placed for men to meet actual usage needs. Some companies mainly produce various types such as waterless packing mobile toilets, foam-sealing mobile toilets, and water-flush mobile toilets. Their products use materials such as metal carved panels, are suitable for temperature ranges from -25 to 40℃, and operate at a voltage of 220V, adapting to different environmental conditions. In addition, some companies have developed foldable toilets, which have a height of only 90 centimeters when folded and can be easily transported by pickup trucks or box trucks, making them suitable for various event sites, construction sites, and remote areas, greatly enhancing their flexibility and convenience of use.
