Mobile House Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

Mobile house toilets generally refer to toilet facilities that can be moved as a whole and set up at fixed or temporary locations, suitable for scenarios such as stations, docks, tourist attractions, and rural renovations.

Common Specifications and Materials

Mobile integrated bathroom units used in rural renovations come in various sizes. Common specifications include 1.2 meters wide × 1.5 meters long, 2 meters wide × 3 meters long, and 2.5 meters wide × 3 meters long. Their frames are mostly made of hot-dip galvanized square tubes, which are corrosion-resistant and have high strength. The walls often use metal carved panels, with customizable colors, offering both aesthetics and durability. The doors are mostly single-opening aluminum alloy glass doors, with some designs featuring wet-dry separation functions to enhance the user experience. Some models have small ventilation flat windows on the walls to improve internal air circulation.

Structural Composition

The core structure of a mobile toilet includes a fecal sewage storage tank (or disposal unit), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Among them, the fecal treatment system is crucial. Depending on requirements, different types such as water flush, waterless flush suction, recirculating water flush, or dry packing can be selected. For example, the water flush type requires connection to a water tank and sewage pipes, suitable for locations with a water source; the dry packing type achieves waterless treatment through replaceable fecal bags, suitable for water-scarce or temporary scenarios.

Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: Divided into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (combinations of multiple functional modules), with the latter able to meet more complex bathroom needs.
  2. By mobility method: Includes lifting/handling types (requiring mechanical equipment for movement) and powered/trailer types (with their own power or towable by vehicles), with flexibility varying by type.
  3. By sewage treatment method:
    • Water flush and waterless flush suction types: Rely on external sewage systems or regular fecal sewage removal;
    • Recirculating water flush type: Achieves water reuse through filtration and disinfection technologies, saving water and being environmentally friendly;
    • Dry packing type: Requires no water source, with feces sealed and collected for unified treatment, suitable for remote areas.

Application Scenarios

Transportation hubs such as stations and docks need to quickly deploy temporary toilets; tourist attractions use mobile toilets to alleviate toilet pressure during peak periods; in rural renovations, mobile integrated bathroom units can replace traditional dry toilets, improving sanitary conditions and quality of life. Their modular design makes installation, disassembly, and relocation convenient, making them an important choice for upgrading public facilities.
