Mobile House Toilet Drainage
There are various drainage methods for mobile house toilets, and the specific choice needs to be comprehensively determined based on the usage scenario, water source conditions, maintenance convenience, and environmental protection requirements. Here are the common drainage methods and their characteristics:

1. Conventional Water-Flush Type
This is the most common sewage discharge method, requiring connection to water supply and drainage pipes. It achieves sewage discharge through manual or automatic sensing. The sewage is discharged into a septic tank or municipal sewer through pipes. Some mobile toilet bases can be directly connected to sewage pipes at the rear for discharge, or equipped with fiberglass toilet bowls to assist in sewage discharge. This method is suitable for places with stable water sources and sewage discharge conditions, such as city parks and construction sites, but requires regular cleaning of the septic tank to prevent blockages.
2. Vacuum Sewage System
Using the principle of negative pressure, a vacuum pump sucks sewage and waste into a collection container. When the sewage reaches a preset water level, it automatically initiates sewage discharge. This method uses less water, is highly efficient, and effectively prevents leakage and odor diffusion. It is suitable for scenarios with limited water sources or high hygiene requirements, such as high-end scenic spots and temporary event venues. However, the equipment cost is relatively high, and regular maintenance of the vacuum pump is required.
3. Water-Storage Sewage System
Waste is discharged into a storage tank through water flushing. When the storage tank is full, it requires manual cleaning or replacement. This method is suitable for places with sufficient water sources and easy cleaning, such as temporary construction camps and field research stations. However, it is necessary to regularly check the capacity of the storage tank to avoid overflow, and the cleaning process may produce odors.
4. Biodegradation Technology
Microorganisms are used to convert organic matter in sewage into harmless substances for discharge, which is environmentally friendly and reduces pollution. This method does not require connection to the municipal sewer and is suitable for remote areas or scenarios with strict environmental protection requirements, such as ecological protection zones and rural temporary toilets. However, the degradation efficiency is greatly affected by temperature, and insulation measures need to be taken in winter.
5. Mechanical Separation and Pipe Design
Mobile panel house toilets often adopt solid-liquid separation technology, with liquids discharged through dedicated pipes. Pipe design needs to consider gravity slope, freeze protection, and anti-blocking. This method is suitable for long-term use of mobile panel houses, such as post-disaster reconstruction and temporary medical points, but requires regular inspection of pipe patency.
6. Other Types
These include waterless packaging types (using biodegradable bags to collect waste), foam sealing types (reducing odors through foam), microbial degradation types (combining biotechnology to treat sewage), high-pressure soda water flush types (using a mixture of high-pressure soda water for flushing), etc. The drainage methods vary depending on the technology type, and the specific choice needs to be made according to actual needs.
